  • Publication number: 20090082901
Abstract: The invention relates to a control device for the removal of a partial stack from a stack of paper sheets comprising a camera (30) for generating of a camera image, means (41) for generating of at least two substantially parallel light beams whose reflections (52, 53) on the stack of paper sheets are reproduced in the camera image (50), and means providing a control signal for the removal of a partial stack (12) using the distance (54) of the reflections (52, 53) in the camera image (50). Furthermore, the invention relates to un unstacking device for the removal of a partial stack from a stack of paper sheets, comprising a parting mechanism (20) with a parting knife (21), wherein the parting knife (21) can be swivelled upwards and/or downwards in order to be able to follow the paper progress upwards and/or downwards during unstacking.

  • Publication number: 20070154705
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to produce composite elements comprising two glass panes (20, 21) with at least one insert (22), which is placed therebetween and whose surface is not complete with regard to the outer elements, e.g. its surface is perforated, and with at least one transparent, thermoplastic film layer (23). To this end, the composite element prepared in such a manner is placed inside a room from which air can be evacuated and is placed under compacting pressure. By increasing the temperature to a softening point of the film layer, the insert is joined to both glass panes by pressing, during which gases are forced out of the holes, recesses, etc. in the insert and are filled with the film material. This results in a bubble-free, optionally reinforced composite glass element that has an interesting appearance while also being provided with additional functions.

  • Publication number: 20070139936
Abstract: An electrical socket or base connection is provided on a preferably transparent pane or plate, particularly a base for lighting. The plate is provided with a preferably also transparent, electrically conductive layer. The base connection has an electrically conductive layer, which is subdivided into at least two sections separated from one another by a gap and connected to different poles of an electrical connection. In the vicinity of the separating gap, at least two electrically conductive areas are applied to the electrically conductive layer, and to them are electrically or mechanically connected the base connection. The areas are applied in the form of a layer of electrically conductive material, preferably by screen printing.

  • Publication number: 20060058797
Abstract: A device of performing osteosynthesis includes an osteosynthesis element, e.g., a bone plate, having an upper face, a lower face and an opening with a central axis linking the upper and lower faces. The opening receives a multi-axial pivotable insert for a longitudinal bone fixing element, such as a bone screw. The insert has a central passage with a longitudinal axis for housing the bone fixing element. The insert may be configured as a helical spring with an external sheath surface and an internal sheath surface that defines the central passage. When placed in the through hole, the insert is rotationally fixed relative to its longitudinal axis, but remains pivotally adjustable within the through hole relative to the osteosynthesis element.
