Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed for operating a vehicle. The vehicle is operated by tracking a location of the vehicle, a vehicle configuration and external conditions around the vehicle over a time period. A repetitive occurrence is identified, the repetitive occurrence having a start condition and an end condition and a transition path between the start position and the end condition. The number of times the repetitive occurrence occurs during the time period is determined and compared to a first threshold. When the first threshold is satisfied and the vehicle is located at the start condition, a function is provided, that when activated by an operator of the vehicle, will automatically transition the vehicle along the transition path between the start position and the end condition.

Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for tuning networks and user equipment using a power profile. A power profile can be generated for a communication device. The power profile can include power type information that can indicate a power source associated with the device. The power profile can be stored at a data storage device. A registration message can be generated. The registration message can include power profile data that is based on the power profile. The registration message can be sent to a communications network to request registration of the communication device with the communications network. A tuning message can be received. The tuning message can indicate a tuning to be used for communications with the communications network and can be based on the power profile data.

Abstract: In one example, a device for assigning a mobile endpoint device to an access point based upon a power state is disclosed. For example, the device may include a processor deployed in a wireless network and a computer-readable medium storing instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations. The operations may include detecting power states of a plurality of mobile endpoint devices that are in communication with a first access point of the network, the power states including a first power state of a first mobile endpoint device, determining a loading condition of a region of the wireless network that includes the first access point, and assigning the first mobile endpoint device to a second access point that is outside of the region when the first mobile endpoint device is in the first power state, in response to the determining of the loading condition.

Abstract: A method includes creating a first calendar event in an electronic calendar associated with a user. The first calendar event corresponds to a first viewing time and is associated with delivery of media content to a first device associated with the user. The method further includes rescheduling the first calendar event in response to determining that a scheduling conflict exists between the first calendar event and a second calendar event. Rescheduling the first calendar event includes modifying the first calendar event to correspond to a second viewing time and determining, based on the second viewing time, a second device to deliver the media content to. The second device is associated with the user.

The system may receive a plurality of requests which call functions that are hosted by the application programming interface. Once the plurality of requests are received, the system may group a subset of the requests into a pool of requests if the subset of requests call similar functions hosted by the application programming interface. Additionally, the system may combine a set of requests from the pool of requests into a set of calls if the set of requests in the pool of requests are received by the system during a specified time interval. Furthermore, the system may include pushing the set of calls to a database to obtain a result set for the set of requests in the set of calls. The system may then receive the result set in response to the set of calls.

In particular, the system may allow devices and application services supported by multiple network services to leverage the strengths of such network services to ensure that content delivery is efficiently accomplished. The system may enable a device or application service to be associated with a management domain. Then, the management domain may subscribe the device or application service with one or more underlying supporting networks of the management domain. The associating and subscribing may be performed for the management domain by an orchestrator or by a management domain authority. The management domain authority may include a predictive, machine-learning element that drives access to content on behalf of the management domain authority through its devices and services to which they are subscribed.

An example method includes a processor receiving from a first user device a virtual object that is created by a user and at least one trigger condition for presenting the virtual object, obtaining a physical location of the first user device, and receiving a selection of a first virtual environment for the virtual object from among a plurality of virtual environments associated with the first user device. The method may further include the processor associating the virtual object with the physical location and with the first virtual environment that is selected, and presenting the virtual object to a second user device associated with the first virtual environment when the at least one trigger condition is encountered, where the at least one trigger condition includes a condition that the second user device is proximate to the physical location.

For example, the method receives a data file for storage and a customer owned encryption method from the customer, applies the customer owned encryption method to the data file at the centralized storage server to create a customer encrypted data file, deletes the customer owned encryption method from the centralized storage server and applies a general encryption method to the customer encrypted data file, wherein the general encryption method is applied to all data files stored in the centralized storage server.
