A gift card converter module associates a value of the gift card with a digital wallet of the mobile device. A digital wallet module enables a financial transaction with the digital wallet of the mobile device. A storage device stores the value of the gift card associated with the digital wallet and the corresponding financial transaction.

The physical specifications of the item, the specifications of the shipping material for the item, or the recommended shipping means may be determined based on the historical shipping information.

Abstract: Systems and methods for multi-directional visual browsing on an electronic device are described. In example embodiments, a primary result and a peripheral result are determined. A display layout based on attributes associated with the primary result and the peripheral result is generated. The display layout is then formatted into instructions, which will cause a device to render the display layout. The instructions are transmitted to the client device.

Abstract: In various example embodiments, systems and methods to provide sizing content recommendations are provided. Search parameters are received from a user. In response, sizing data for the user is accessed. Using the sizing data, content from a marketplace matching the sizing data and the search parameters are determined. The matching content comprises a list of one or more items available from the marketplace. The matching content is prioritized for presentation to the user.

Abstract: A device incorporates a touch-enabled screen configured to accept a user's interaction with the touch screen to control display of the results of online searches for information and ecommerce listings. A user's interaction with the touch screen of the device with multipoint pinch gestures facilitates navigation through large volumes of search results. Touch-enabled navigation with pinch gestures to elaborate or contract the results of a given search may present a more definitive view of those results or present a better indication of the requirement for a further search by the user. Listings of item data with elaborated or contracted details are produced through corresponding scaling processes which are in turn controlled through associated multipoint pinch gestures.

Abstract: A device incorporates a touch-enabled screen configured to accept a user's interaction with the touch screen to control display of the results of searches for information online and for listings within ecommerce sites. A user's interaction with multipoint pinch gestures, applied to the touch screen and immediately above item data listings, navigates through large volumes of search results. By touch-selection of a facet of the item data returned in an item listing, a user may scale a characteristic of the selected facet of item data according to an application of multipoint pinch gestures. By application of a pinch-out and a pinch-in gesture respectively, a date facet of metadata may be scaled backward and forward in time.
