A method of arranging the design (300b) provided in a region closer to a side of the front waistline region (20) than the crotch stretching unit (200a) is configured to be different from a method of arranging the design (300a) provided in a region closer to a side of the rear waistline region (30) than the crotch stretching unit (200a).
