  • Publication number: 20110122193
Abstract: There is provided a small-sized and inexpensive rotational adjustment apparatus for a linearly moveable inkjet coating head 6 without providing a rotary mechanism which is separate from and independent of a linear movement mechanism. The apparatus is capable of performing a rotational adjustment, about a rotary axis in a Z-axis direction, of the inkjet coating head in which the Z-axis direction is orthogonal to an X-axis direction which is a direction of movement of the coating head. The apparatus has: first and second moveable bodies, two in total, which are linearly moved by separate driving sources in the X-axis direction; and a converting mechanism which converts the inkjet coating head into a linear movement in the X-axis direction when the first and second moveable bodies synchronously move in the X-axis direction, and into a rotary movement, about the rotary axis of the inkjet coating head, when both the first and the second moveable bodies make a relative movement in the X-axis direction.

  • Publication number: 20100214494
Abstract: A small tuner for a receiver, for example, a TV receiver is provided which requires a reduced area for mounting on a main signal board. A tuner board is disposed perpendicularly to a connector, for example, an F connector so as to allow an output signal of the tuner board to be outputted downwardly and thereby reduce the area required to mount the tuner. With the tuner made smaller and more immune to noise, a portion facing the tuner board of the shield case for the tuner is removed and a ground pattern is formed over the tuner board surface facing the removed portion of the tuner case. The core line of the F connector is bent to be connected to an end portion of the tuner board so as to facilitate laying out the tuner board.

  • Publication number: 20100120172
Abstract: A method for conveniently detecting binding between the von Willebrand factor and glycoprotein Ib and a means to be used therein. The von Willebrand factor fixed in a reactor immobilized in a reaction vessel in the presence of bottrocetin is bound to a chimeric protein constructed by fusing the carboxyl terminal of a partial protein containing the von Willebrand factor-binding site of glycoprotein Ib with the amino terminal of the Fc region of an immunoglobulin molecule. Then the Fc region of the above immunoglobulin molecule is detected to thereby detect the binding between the von Willebrand factor and the glycoprotein Ib or inhibition of this binding.

  • Patent number: 7654351
Abstract: A battery box housing a battery is mounted between left and right side frames extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body so that the battery box is offset to a left side of the vehicle body, and an intake duct and an exhaust duct for cooling air for cooling the battery are connected to an end of the battery box on a right side of the vehicle body. Therefore, it is possible not only to protect the battery between the left and right frames from a shock caused upon a side collision, but also to ensure a space for disposition of the intake duct and the exhaust duct while ensuring a volume of the battery box to the maximum. Moreover, the battery box is connected at its left and right ends to the left and right side frames.

  • Patent number: 7532282
Abstract: In order to reduce the number of processes for manufacturing spacers and to prevent quality degradation resulting from a cell gap, a spacer 115 in a semi-transmission area 12 is formed outside of a region of a bump layer 118B. Thus, it is made possible to manufacture the spacer in the transmission region 11 and the spacer outside of the region of the bump layer in the same process. Accordingly, the number of processes can be reduced. Moreover, it is made possible to determine the cell gap in the semi-transmission area 12 by a single element of a spacer. Accordingly, precision degradation of the cell gap, which results from the bump layer, can be prevented, and high display quality can be obtained.
