A cleaning circulation line includes a drain pipe disposed in a lower central portion of the fryer body to receive the water and the frying residue are introduced, a connecting pipe connected to the drain pipe via a connector, and an inlet pipe connected to the drain pipe via the connecting pipe to circulate the water by resupplying the water, from which the frying residue is removed by a filter unit, in response to opening and closing of a bidirectional valve. A circulation pump is connected to the cleaning circulation line to circulate the water.
