The joint device has a guide groove formed on the outer circumference of the socket pipe, a connector fit to the socket pipe, and a movable bolt screw-coupled to the outer face of the socket pipe and forcedly joined to the guide groove, so as to freely rotate the connector independently from the corrugated pipe.
