  • Patent number: 7506845
Abstract: A stock bar and horizontal bar coupling device for mounting a sprinkler, which can be used regardless of the type of horizontal bar. The stock bar and horizontal bar coupling device includes a main body. A mounting part is provided on the upper portion of the main body and has an inlet for fitting a stock bar into the mounting part. A fastening member is vertically fastened to the upper portion of the mounting part to fasten the stock bar. A fitting part is provided on a lower portion of the main body so that a locking step of a T-shaped bar is fitted into the fitting part. A screw hole is formed in a front surface of the fitting part, so that a fastening member is inserted into the screw hole to fasten the T-shaped bar. In this case, the main body is cut at a middle portion of a front thereof, and a cut portion is bent, thus providing a coupling part to be coupled to a locking step of an M-shaped bar.

  • Publication number: 20090021001
Abstract: A coupling device for circular pipes, in which locking rings, inserted into a body to clamp a circular pipe, are arranged in a pair so that the central line of a circular pipe can be aligned when the circular pipe is inserted. Furthermore, the degree to which the body presses the seal packing can be adjusted so that a reliable seal can be maintained and the circular pipe can be securely coupled no matter who uses the coupling device. A coupling device for corrugated and circular pipes is provided for the case where it is more effective to replace one of the circular pipes with a corrugated pipe. The first coupling section and a connecting means, which can engage with a corrugated pipe, are provided opposite the second coupling section, which is coupled with the circular pipe.

  • Patent number: 7427051
Abstract: A snap clamp, in which a head member and a coupling member are supplied with the head member and the coupling member coupled to each other, and are mounted to a stock bar at a desired site without the disassembly. The snap clamp for mounting a sprinkler includes a main body bent into a ā€˜Uā€™ shape and formed such that a width of the main body is greater than a diameter of a head member. A screw hole is formed in one wall of the main body. A fastening member is fastened to the screw hole, with a holding part provided on the fastening member and protruding outwards. Space extends from the wall such that the head member is vertically fitted into the space. A through fitting part is formed in each sidewall of the main body, a height thereof corresponding to a height of a stock bar and a width thereof being larger than a width of the stock bar so that the main body is movable leftwards and rightwards while the stock bar is fitted into the through fitting part.

  • Patent number: 7264214
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stock bar and T-bar coupling structure for mounting a sprinkler. In the present invention, a locking bracket is easily securely coupled to a T-bar using an elastic locking unit and a wing bolt. Furthermore, a stock bar made of standard rectangular pipe is coupled to the locking bracket by a first locking unit such that the stock bar crosses over the T-bar. Because this locking bracket is manufactured as a separate component from the stock bar, the present invention can be used without limiting the distance between the T-bars. Furthermore, the present invention has an advantage in that a standard rectangular pipe can be easily used as a stock bar merely by cutting the pipe to a desired length.

  • Patent number: 7255315
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a mounting structure for sprinklers. In the sprinkler mounting structure of the present invention, a latitudinal support unit has an elastic unit at each of opposite ends thereof, so that the latitudinal support unit can be reliably mounted to a pair of longitudinal support units merely by pushing the latitudinal support unit downwards on the longitudinal support unit. Furthermore, a mounting bracket, which is movably fitted over the latitudinal support unit to be adjusted in position, firmly holds a sprinkler reducer only by the rotation of a locking unit, coupled to the mounting bracket, in a predetermined direction.
