A context may be defined for the set of tabs and stored. One or more of the tabs in the set may be changed and a new context defined for the changed tabs and stored. A plurality of such additional contexts may be defined and stored. The set of tabs may be adjusted based on a selected browser tab context.

Abstract: Adjusting settings of an exercise machine is provided. Data is received from a set of monitoring devices at a workstation. Software applications currently executing on the workstation are monitored. A signal is sent to a control module of the exercise machine adjusting one or more settings of the exercise machine based on changes in the software applications currently executing on the workstation.

Abstract: A computer-implemented for delivering tailored content to an individual includes: obtaining, by a computer system, communications of the individual; obtaining, by the computer system, a communication fingerprint for the individual based on analysis of the communications of the individual; tailoring, by the computer system, a message to the individual using the communication fingerprint; and delivering the message to the individual. Using sentiment analysis combined with a unique communication fingerprint for an individual advantageously provides for a more tailored, and thus more effective, communication to the individual.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system and method for restyling written messages based on style preferences of the recipient. A sender composes a message to a recipient. The style preferences of the recipient are retrieved. The style of the sender's message is determined through computer-implemented linguistic analysis. The style of the original message composed by the sender is compared to the style preferred by the recipient. A computer-implemented process changes the original message to a restyled message for communicating to the recipient in a style that is preferred by the recipient.

Abstract: Question interception is provided. It is determined that a first user corresponding to a data processing system is composing a message to be transmitted to a second data processing system corresponding to a second user. It is determined whether a question for the second user is identified in the message prior to transmitting the message to the second data processing system. In response to determining that a question is identified in the message, an answer to the question is retrieved from a plurality of data sources. A confidence score is calculated for the answer. It is determined whether the confidence score is greater than or equal to a confidence level threshold value. In response to determining that the confidence score is greater than or equal to the confidence level threshold value, the answer is displayed to the first user prior to transmitting the message to the second data processing system.

Abstract: An approach to downloading content to a mobile device based on predicted service disruptions to avoid a loss of access to content. The service disruptions to wireless network connectivity can occur due to network dead spots, such as those occurring on a highway, in a tunnel, under a bridge or in a building. Embodiments monitor current and historical mobile device usage and historical wireless service data to form a history and generate a predictive model that makes predictions regarding anticipated dead spots and the types and quantity of content that will be requested during the dead spots. Decisions based on the predictive model can be made automatically by embodiments, such as when to start downloading content prior to entering a dead spot and how much content and what types of content will be downloaded based on predicted user requests.

Abstract: In an approach for dynamically collaborating with respect to a file within an integrated development environment (IDE), a processor receives from a first IDE of a first user, a selection of a first version of a source code file associated with a software development project. A processor receives a choice of one or more file identification parameters for the first version of the source code file. A processor retrieves a list of users assigned to the software development project, including at least a second user. A processor causes the source code file to be identified in a second IDE of the second user.

The mobile device can be automatically navigated to an electronic page containing information for the sub-section within the venue or information for the at least one event that takes place in the sub-section within the venue.

Abstract: A method and associated systems for enhancing a crowdsourced integrated development environment (IDE). A computerized component of the IDE receives a block of annotated source code from a user who seeks to solve a software problem embodied by the source code. The annotations direct the IDE to solicit help from external online user communities identified by the notations. The annotations also describe the software problem and provide further instructions for creating an anonymized distribution bundle that includes the source code, the text description, any related blocks of source code, and contextual information required to address the problem. In response to receiving the solicitation and distribution bundle, and interested users of the online communities respond with feedback. The IDE receives and analyzes the feedback and displays it to the user so as to identify responses that have a higher likelihood of solving the software problem.

Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable automatically populating contact information of a previously unknown caller/sender in a contact list of an electronic communication device based on a communication (e.g., incoming call or communication message(s)) from the caller/sender. Specifically, a recipient communication device receives a communication (i.e., incoming call or communication message) from a user (i.e., caller or sender) using a sender communication device. When the user is determined to be unknown to the recipient communication device, the content of the communication is analyzed to determine identifying information. One or more searches are performed to determine extended name information using the identifying information. Using the identifying information and extended name information, contact information is determined for the user and may be stored in the contact list of the recipient communication device.

Abstract: Methods and systems may provide for detecting a sharing event with respect to an original uniform resource locator (URL) and replacing one or more characters of the original URL with a context attribute of the sharing event to obtain a modified URL. Additionally, a user prompt may be generated, wherein the user prompt includes a recommendation to substitute the modified URL for the original URL. In one example, at least a portion of the context attribute is independent of a web page associated with the original URL.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide approaches for preventing an accidental termination of a phone call session. Specifically, a user establishes a phone call session using a phone call device. During the phone call session, the user performs an action related to terminating the phone call session. A likely intent of the user to terminate the phone call session is determined based on one or more predefined factors. Based on the determined user intent, the phone call session may be terminated or allowed to continue.

Abstract: Methods and systems may provide for detecting a user-initiated activity with respect to a view of a resource and automatically determining an update rate corresponding to the user-initiated activity. Additionally, if the update rate satisfies one or more criteria, a user prompt may be issued, wherein the user prompt includes an option to engage with the resource via a secondary interaction mode that is different from a primary interaction mode associated with the user-initiated activity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide methods, computer program products, and systems for suggesting uniform resource locators located at previously unknown hosts to users. Embodiments of the present invention can be used to record uniform resource locators (URLs) associated with web resources accessed by a user and usage details pertaining to the user's usage of the web resources. Responsive to receiving a request to access a hostname not stored in the recorded URLs, embodiments of the present invention can be used to receive URLs associated with web resources available at the hostname and assign weight values to the received URLs based, at least in part, on the usage details and a similarity between the received URLs and the recorded URLs. Embodiments of the present invention can then be used to generate a URL suggestion from the received URLs based, at least in part, on the assigned weight values.

Abstract: A method for managing push notifications on portable devices. The method includes receiving an indication from a user of a mobile device to initiate a notification rule at a first time. The method further includes identifying a context for initiation of the notification rule, wherein the context includes at least one application of the mobile device that is executing on the mobile device at the first time. The method further includes determining whether the context is present at a second time. The method further includes, responsive to determining the context is present at the second time, initiating the notification rule.
