    Abstract: An electrode filament connection member configured to be attached so as to pass through an outer wall of a chemical vapor deposition apparatus in which an electrode filament is disposed in a chamber is provided, and to form an electrical connection between a wire from a power source and the electrode filament. The electrode filament connection member includes a head portion attached to the electrode filament, and a rod portion that extends through the outer wall and is connected to the wire. The head portion includes an electrode filament attachment portion at a tip end portion, and a side surface that is parallel to an axial direction or is gradually widened from the tip end portion toward the outer wall. An outer shape of the side surface of the head portion conforms to an outer shape of the electrode filament connection member when viewed in projection along the axial direction.

The guide plate of the pad spring has a surface that abuts on the mounting ear portion of the pad pressed by the first biasing member. The pad spring includes a folded region protruded in an axial direction of the disc from the surface abutting on the mounting ear portion of the pad, and folded in a direction toward the outside of the disc and away from the mounting ear portion. The folded region includes an abutting portion which the second biasing member provided at the pad abuts on.

The present invention solves the problems by selecting (a1) battery backup or (a2) saving of data in a nonvolatile device based on the battery capacity or setting of modes, and selecting (b1) inhibiting restart of the system or (b2) storing of data in the volatile memory to a nonvolatile memory means and performing access via write-through based on the remaining capacity of the battery when restarting the system after power recovery. Further, the system enables to increase and decrease the volatile memory capacity of the write area and mutually confirms synchronization of controller units and contents of volatile memories.
