  • Publication number: 20020108513
Abstract: A filling squeegee and a scraping squeegee are provided in a printing apparatus. The filling squeegee is moved without contacting a surface of a mask in order to fill a solder paste into openings of the mask. Unnecessary solder paste on the surface of the mask is scraped by the scraping squeegee. The solder paste is prevented from being improperly filled in or scraped from the openings even if a speed of the squeegee is increased, so that the solder paste can be printed stably on circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20020011490
Abstract: In a plastic fuel tank comprising a main body having a laminated structure including a layer made of gasoline barrier material and an outer layer made of common plastic material, and a component part adapted to be secured in a hole formed in the tank main body, the component part includes at least a part made of weldable plastic material and welded to a part of the tank main body made of common plastic material, and a part made of gasoline barrier material and extending across said component part so as to separate the interior and exterior of the tank main body from each other. The two parts of the component part may be permanently integral to each other or may be detachably attached to each other. Thus, the welding strength can be ensured while the permeation of HC through the part made of the common plastic material can be avoided.

  • Patent number: 6092463
Abstract: A printing method and a printing device are provided, whereby a uniform amount of solder can be coated, printing quality can be improved, variations in adjustment between operators are eliminated, adjustment time is shortened, and productivity can be improved. By keeping the amount of deformation of the end sections of a squeegee constant by maintaining a uniform state of contact between the squeegee and a stencil, there is no occurrence of such problems as unsatisfactory wiping away of a solder paste, which causes the solder paste to be left on the stencil, incomplete filling of the solder paste into the pattern opening, or an increase in the deformation of the end sections of the squeegee, causing solder paste filled into the pattern opening to be scraped away.

  • Patent number: 6041029
Abstract: A disc apparatus in which recorded data can be correctly reproduced despite occurrence of a low-reliability area at a specified position on a disc on which synchronization signals are recorded. A comparison error signal between the playback RF signals read out from a disc 100 and channel clocks PLCK enters a VCO 15 via a phase/frequency comparator 12. A VCO 15 generates PLCK at a frequency corresponding to the voltage of the comparison error signal. A data detection unit 16 takes out data from the playback RF signals. If a Sync pattern detection interpolation unit 17 detects the Sync pattern correctly from this data, the above comparison error signal is directly fed to the VCO 15 and, if otherwise, the sample-and-hold unit 14 holds the voltage of the comparison error signal by control signals from a controller 20. At this time, interpolation of the Sync patterns by the Sync pattern detection interpolation unit 17 is discontinued.

  • Patent number: 6014096
Abstract: If there is any portion in channel bit data obtained on converting a signal read out from a recording medium into a bi-level signal which fails to satisfy a condition concerning a minimum run length or a maximum run length of the same symbol, the channel bit data is corrected to improve the bit error rate to secure a skew margin. To this end, channel bit data not satisfying a minimum run length d' of the same symbol is detected by a (d'-1) detector 4 using n-tupled clocks obtained on n-tupling channel clocks of playback data by a bit clock generator 2, where n is an integer not less than 2. A correction position of the channel bit data having the run length of the same symbol equal to (d'-1) is designated by a correction bit position designating unit 5. A data correction unit 6 then corrects the channel bit data so that the minimum run length of the same symbol will be equal to d'.

  • Patent number: 5178425
Abstract: An automobile bumper comprises a bumper face and a bumper beam constructed of members molded of thermoplastic resin. The bumper beam includes at least two members of thermoplastic resin having flanges for forming beam flanges together when the members are fused to each other, the beam flanges being fused to an inner surface of the bumper face. An FRP sheet is continuously heated in an atmosphere having a temperature successively lowered from a temperature higher than a resin melting temperature at which a resin of the FRP sheet is melted so that the entire FRP sheet is increased through successive heating stages to a temperature between the resin melting temperature and a resin degradation temperature at which the resin of the FRP sheet is degraded.

  • Patent number: 5127271
Abstract: A method of non-destructive inspection for resinous automotive bumper beams provides for applying a flexural load to the center of a bumper beam by a pressing jig in a state where both ends of the bumper beam have been pivotably supported to gradually bend the bumper beam, measuring or determining the bending strain and energy absorption of the bumper beam upon the application of the flexural load, said energy absorption being calculated from said bending strain and flexural load, and judging the bumper beam to be good in quality only when the energy absorption of the bumper beam reaches at least a control value of the energy absorption, which is set up in advance, in a state that the bending strain of the bumper beam is at most a control value of the bending strain, which is set up in advance. The control value of the energy absorption is determined by correcting the value of energy absorption upon destruction of a bumper beam, which has been found in a standard destructive test.

  • Patent number: 5089768
Abstract: The invention relates to a power source circuit in which an output of a power source battery is converted by a voltage regulator constructed by a predetermined voltage regulating system and is output, an output voltage is divided by a resistance controller whose voltage dividing resistance value can be discontinuously adjusted, the divided voltage is input to the voltage regulator, and thereby controlling an output voltage, wherein means for controlling a voltage changing speed of a resistor is connected in parallel with a predetermined resistance element of the resistance controller. With the above construction, a voltage drop and a deterioration of voltage regulating efficiency which easily occur in the case of changing the output voltage from a low value to a high value in a stepwise manner are reduced. Then, the life of battery is prolonged and, further, an erroneous warning of the battery life is prevented.
