The sensor module senses a body state of the patient, wherein the body state includes a breathing state. The waveform pattern determination module generates a modulation control signal according to the body state. The high-frequency oscillation circuit provides a high-frequency oscillation signal. The signal modulation module modulates the high-frequency oscillation signal by using the modulation control signal to generate a vibration signal. The piezoelectric device vibrates according to the vibration signal. According to vibration of the piezoelectric device, the porous screen presses the liquid medicine through a plurality of holes of the porous screen to generate a plurality of pharmaceutical aerosols.

The multiple-tiering of the key-value data store enables resolving the snapshot queries by returning data record(s) according to granularly timestamped snapshot lookup instead of singularly indexed snapshot lookup. Queries return a merged collection of records including updates from data structures in memory and in storage, such that a persistent storage transaction may refer to non-committed updates up to a timeframe defined by the snapshot read timestamp. This way, inconsistency is avoided that would result from merely reading data records committed in storage, without regard as to pending, non-committed updates thereto.

    Abstract: The invention, belonging to the field of membrane technology, presents a method for the direct growth of ultrathin porous graphene separation membranes. Etching agent, organic solvent and polymer are coated on metal foil, and then they are calcined at high temperature in absence of oxygen; after removal of metal substrate and reaction products, single-layered or multi-layered porous graphene membranes are obtained. Alternatively, the dispersion or solution of etching agent is coated on metal foil, on which a polymer film is then overlaid. The obtained sample is subsequently calcined at high temperature in absence of oxygen; after removal of metal substrate and reaction products, single-layered or multi-layered porous graphene membranes are obtained. The method involved in this invention is simple and highly efficient, and allows direct growth of ultrathin porous graphene separation membranes, without needing expensive apparatuses, chemicals and graphene raw material.
