    Abstract: Provided are a method of manufacturing a thin film transistor, a dehydrogenating apparatus for performing the method, and an organic light emitting display device including a thin film transistor manufactured by the same. A method of manufacturing a thin film transistor includes reducing a content of oxygen in a chamber for performing a dehydrogenation process of an amorphous silicon layer from a first value to a second value, inserting a substrate on which the amorphous silicon layer is formed into the chamber, heating the inside of the chamber to perform the dehydrogenation process on the amorphous silicon layer, and forming a polysilicon layer by crystallizing the amorphous silicon layer using a laser.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a self-healing polysilsesquioxane and a hybrid film using the same. Once crosslinked, the polysilsesquioxane copolymer can self-heal within several minutes at 100-120° C. The self-healing polysilsesquioxane copolymer can be prepared into a hybrid material in the form of a film. Because the hybrid film has an excellent ability of self-healing the damage caused by external impact, it is applicable to wide applications such as gas separation membranes, etc., without limitation.

The composition shows high selectivity to the gas to be separated and high separation quality by controlling the mixing ratio of the fluorine-containing polymer matrix with polysilsesquioxane as well as the type of fluorine-containing polymer matrix and polysilsesquioxane. Ancillary selective pore formation is enhanced by a so-called “autogenous fluorinated gas induced siloxane etching” (A-FISE) mechanism of fluorine-containing polymer/polysilsesquioxane blend precursors during carbonization. Therefore, it is possible to effectively separate gases having a small difference in particle size, which, otherwise, are difficult to be separated with the conventional polymer membranes.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a gas separation membrane using a ladder-structured polysilsesquioxane in which organic functional groups are attached to a long siloxane chain and a method for fabricating the same. In accordance with the present disclosure, a free-standing ladder-structured polysilsesquioxane-based membrane with various functional groups can be fabricated for gas separations. The performance of the gas separation membrane can be controlled through a variety of combinations of the organic functional groups linked to the siloxane chain. In addition, by controlling the molecular structure of the gas separation membrane through mixing of the ladder-structured polysilsesquioxane with an amine compound or conventional glassy or rubbery polymers or through thermal/UV-curing, the permeability and selectivity of the gas separation membrane can be controlled selectively.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a coating composition having excellent wavelength conversion efficiency and a wavelength converting thin film/sheet prepared using the same. The coating composition of the present disclosure includes 1 to 60 wt % of polyorgano-silsesquioxane, 0.0001 to 30.0 wt % of a wavelength converting agent, and a solvent, and exhibits a transmittance of 70% or more as compared to that of an aqueous solution. A wavelength converting thin film/sheet prepared by using the coating composition has not only excellent photoluminescence, thermal resistance, and light-fastness, but also moisture and oxygen permeability is low, and the visible light transmittance thereof is 70% or more as compared to that of the air, and when patterning is added, the photoluminescence intensity of sheet is at least two-fold higher than that of a non-patterned sheet.
