Abstract: In an embodiment, a package includes: an interposer having a first side; a first integrated circuit device attached to the first side of the interposer; a second integrated circuit device attached to the first side of the interposer; an underfill disposed beneath the first integrated circuit device and the second integrated circuit device; and an encapsulant disposed around the first integrated circuit device and the second integrated circuit device, a first portion of the encapsulant extending through the underfill, the first portion of the encapsulant physically disposed between the first integrated circuit device and the second integrated circuit device, the first portion of the encapsulant being planar with edges of the underfill and edges of the first and second integrated circuit devices.

Abstract: A package structure and methods of forming a package structure are provided. The package structure includes a first die, a second die, a wall structure and an encapsulant. The second die is electrically bonded to the first die. The wall structure is located aside the second die and on the first die. The wall structure is in contact with the first die and a hole is defined within the wall structure for accommodating an optical element. The encapsulant laterally encapsulates the second die and the wall structure.

Abstract: A garment hanger having two clamps respectively provided on two ends thereof, each clamp includes a first jaw and a second jaw adapted to closing to each other for clamping and holding an article; wherein the second jaw of the clamp has an engagement hole located on the inner surface with a locking protrusion lying alongside on the outer surface of the second jaw, and the first jaw has a barb-like member located on the inner surface, wherein the barb-like member projects toward the inner griping surface of the second jaw from the inner griping surface of the first jaw, and the barb-like member has a projection at the upper end thereof for sliding into the engagement hole and engaging with the locking protrusion to form a tight engagement between the first and second jaw when the clamp is closed.

Abstract: A clamp-type garment hanger comprises a main body, a hook, and two clamps. The hook is connected to an upper side of the main body while the clamps are provided at two ends of the main body for clamping and holding an article. Each clamp includes a first jaw and a second jaw that are connected with each other. The first jaw and the second jaw are provided with opposite inner griping surfaces. The first jaw is provided with an arm protruded from the inner griping surface thereof and the arm is disposed with a step part on one side thereof. The second jaw is provided with a hole and an engaging protrusion is disposed at one peripheral side of the hole on the inner griping surface of the second jaw. When the clamp is closed, a tight engagement between the first and second jaws can be formed by inserting the arm into the hole to have the engaging protrusion and the step part engaged with each other for holding an article.
