    Abstract: A dual port memory device converts an address and a control signal, which are inputted via a first port and conform to a first type memory interface, into an address and a control signal which conform to a second type memory interface, to access a memory array. The dual port memory device accesses a memory array based on an address and a control signal which are inputted via a second port and conform to the second type memory interface. The dual port memory device accesses a memory array according to the first type memory interface or the second type memory interface in response to a selecting signal. Therefore, the dual port memory device can be coupled to a processor with a first interface (e.g., PSRAM or SRAM interface) and a processor with a second interface (e.g., SDRAM interface).

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention may provide a microchip applicable to an electrophoresis employing UV detection and a method of manufacturing the same. The microchip of the present invention has a glass channel plate, which is formed on an upper surface thereof with a loading channel and a separation channel and is provided on the upper surface thereof with an optical slit layer made of silicon except the channel region, and a glass reservoir plate, which is formed with sample solution reservoirs and buffer solution reservoirs. The loading channel and the separation channel are formed on the channel plate by deep reactive ion etching. The sample solution reservoirs and the buffer solution reservoirs are formed in the reservoir plate by sand blasting. The channel plate and the reservoir plate are combined by anodic bonding the optical slit layer and the reservoir plate. Electrodes for sample and electrodes for buffer are deposited by sputtering Pt with a shadow mask after anodic bonding.

    Abstract: A circuit for driving a gate of a power metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET), which uses a higher voltage than a gate controller is provided. The circuit is able to safely and effectively transmits an output signal of a gate controller irrespective of a frequency and a duty-cycle of the output signal when transmitting the output signal of the gate controller to the power MOSFET using a higher voltage than the gate controller. Accordingly, the circuit is suitable for a case where the duty-cycle of the output signal of the gate controller dramatically changes and the frequency is irregular.

The spring module includes link bars rotatably coupled in one end onto the first housing, coil springs supported by one end of the link bar and coupled to enclose the link bar, and a slider slidably coupled to the link bar to be acted upon by an elastic force from the coil spring. The terminal uses the elasticity in coil springs to implement a semi-automatic sliding opening/closure of the second housing.

According to an existing technique, pop noise is eliminated using a relay. However, in the present circuit and method, pop noise is eliminated using the small number of discrete electronic devices. The circuit for eliminating pop noise controls a voltage at a gate of a power switch, i.e., a power MOS transistor, when power supply voltages are applied and the application of power supply voltages is stopped.
