  • Publication number: 20090020903
Abstract: A method and a device for feeding a molten resin capable of accurately feeding the molten resin without the delay of feed timing by preventing the molten resin from adhering to route members before it seats on a mold to increase the positioning accuracy of the molten metal in the mold, and a method of manufacturing a molded part by using the fed molten resin. Vibration is provided to the route members such as molten resin guide pins (10, 40, 50), throat members (62, 70, 85), and female mold positioned in a route in which the molten resin (25) passes before it seats on the female mold (7, 63) by a vibration imparting device (27) or a gas layer film is formed on the surfaces thereof. Thus, the molten resin can be fed while preventing it from adhering to the route members.

  • Publication number: 20090008416
Abstract: A composite spout which does not permit a sleeve fitted onto the core to be deviated during the injection forming and does not permit end surfaces of the sleeve to be exposed in the spout body. A spout body is injection-formed in a state where a sleeve having a functional resin layer disposed as an intermediate layer is fitted as a core onto the core member of an injection-forming metal mold such that the inner peripheral surface only of the sleeve is substantially exposed on the inner peripheral surface of the spout body. A tilted surface is formed on the inner peripheral surface at one end of the spout body in at least a portion thereof in the circumferential direction, the tilted surface being tilted outward in the radial direction from a position in agreement with the inner peripheral edge at the one end of the sleeve or from the inside thereof in the radial direction facing the one end of the spout body.

  • Patent number: 7355633
Abstract: A video-image control apparatus enables a client to obtain the details of an object in a displayed video image. For this purpose, when the angle of a camera 1003 is changed in accordance with an instruction from an external device, it is determined whether or not the object (e.g., a copier) is within an image sensing view. If it is determined that the object is within the image sensing view, the current status of the object is obtained by request. Then, an image of a character string indicative of the status information is generated, and combined with the video image. The combined image is transferred via a communication interface unit to the external device.

  • Publication number: 20070113255
Abstract: A video distribution system which is enhanced in flexibility in distribution mode switching. In a camera server connected to a viewer via a network, a video capture board captures a video image. A CPU processes the captured video image according to an electronic PTZ mode for cutting out a part of the captured video image and a mechanical PTZ emulation mode for cutting out parts of the captured video image and interpolating the cut-out images. The CPU distributes the processed video image to the viewer via the network. The CPU performs mode switching between the electronic PTZ mode and the mechanical PTZ emulation mode based on control information transmitted from the viewer.

  • Publication number: 20050040181
Abstract: The invention provides a spout for a pouch, which can be reliably heat-sealed with a plastic pouch body to provide an excellent gas-shielding capability for preventing gas permeation through the spout itself, and can be simply manufactured at a low cost without requiring complicated processes and special materials. In a spout for a pouch, comprising a tubular mouth part having a cap fitting portion and a seal part connected to a lower end portion of the mouth part for sealing with the pouch, the invention is featured in that a horizontal cross-sectional shape of the seal part is different in a height direction between an upper end portion and a lower end portion thereof, and an outer peripheral length of the horizontal cross-sectional shape is substantially equal at any position between the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the seal part.

  • Patent number: 6754736
Abstract: When a user process issues an input/output request in a process performed in response to the input/output request generated by the user process, the input/output request is queued in the input/output request list which is a queue in a list format on the user space side. On the kernel side, when a input/output request in the input/output request list is processed, the status is changed into ‘processed’, and a list element whose status indicates ‘processed’ is removed from the request list on the user space side. On the kernel side, a thread for performing a process in response to an input/output request is divided into a plurality of threads, and the CPU is released to another thread before completion of the process.
