  • Publication number: 20140006051
Abstract: The description relates to emergency medical profiles and techniques for creating and accessing emergency medical profiles. One implementation can receive an access request to obtain emergency medical information from a personal health account of a patient. The personal health account can contain dynamically updateable patient information that is organized into a set of categories. This implementation can also provide the emergency medical information responsive to the request. In this case, the emergency medical information can be provided in the form of summarized information from a sub-set of the categories of the patient information contained in the personal health account.

  • Patent number: 8513038
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device includes a step of forming a masking layer and an intermediate layer on a first organic compound layer such that the masking layer and the intermediate layer have a predetermined pattern, a step of patterning the first organic compound layer using the masking layer and the intermediate layer, a step of forming a second organic compound layer, and a step of removing the intermediate layer and the second organic compound layer formed thereon in such a manner that the intermediate layer is contacted with a dissolving liquid for dissolving the intermediate layer. In the method, the first and second organic compound layers are protected by covering the first and second organic compound layers with a sacrificial layer until the patterning of the first and second organic compound layers is completed.

  • Publication number: 20130152589
Abstract: A steam turbine direct contact condenser prevents cooling water sprayed from spray nozzles from reaching turbine blades of an axial-flow turbine, while introducing turbine exhaust gases exhausted by a steam turbine in the horizontal direction to cool such gases. The condenser includes an exhaust gas inlet part that introduces the turbine exhaust gases containing steam of the steam turbine and non-condensable gases in the horizontal direction, a steam cooling chamber that sprays cooling water to the introduced turbine exhaust gases to cool them, and a water storage disposed at the bottom of the steam cooling chamber that stores condensed water cooled from the steam and the cooling water. • Publication number: 20130065330
Abstract: In manufacturing an LSI, or semiconductor integrated circuit device, the step of assembling device (such as resin sealing step) is normally followed by a voltage-application test in an environment of high temperature (e.g., from 85 to 130° C.) and high humidity (e.g., about 80% RH). It has been found that separation of a titanium nitride anti-reflection film from an upper film and generation of cracks in the titanium nitride film at an upper surface edge part of the aluminum-based bonding pad applied with a positive voltage in the test is caused by an electrochemical reaction due to moisture incoming through the sealing resin and the like to generate oxidation and bulging of the titanium nitride film. These problems are addressed by removing the titanium nitride film over the pad in a ring or slit shape at peripheral area of the aluminum-based bonding pad.

  • Patent number: 8373270
Abstract: In the current manufacturing process of LSI, or semiconductor integrated circuit device, the step of assembling device (such as resin sealing step) is normally followed by the voltage-application test (high-temperature and high-humidity test) in an environment of high temperature (such as an approximate range from 85 to 130° C.) and high humidity (such as about 80% RH). For that test, the inventors of the present invention found the phenomenon of occurrence of separation of titanium nitride film as the anti-reflection film from upper film and of generation of cracks in the titanium nitride film at an edge part of upper surface of the aluminum-based bonding pad applied with a positive voltage during the high-temperature and high-humidity test caused by an electrochemical reaction due to moisture incoming through the sealing resin and the like to generate oxidation and bulging of the titanium nitride film.

  • Patent number: 7980060
Abstract: A clogging determination apparatus determines clogging of a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) such that exhaust pressure is estimated using a sensor deigned for regular control of an engine, without using exhaust pressure sensor. The apparatus includes: the DPF disposed in an exhaust system; an exhaust sensor that measures an air-fuel ratio ? in exhaust gas; and an injector that changes the air-fuel ratio in an cylinder through post-injection. A response time T taken for the exhaust sensor to detect a change in the air-fuel ratio is measured from the time when the post-injection is output from the injector. If this response time T is longer than a clogging determination response time To, the apparatus determines that the DPF is clogged.

  • Patent number: 7964421
Abstract: A position displacement between a substrate and a mask which is caused when the substrate and the mask are brought into close contact with each other is suppressed by a magnetic force. In a step of forming an organic compound layer (organic EL element film) included in an organic light-emitting display device on the substrate (2) through the mask (3) by vapor deposition, the substrate (2) is aligned with the mask (3) and then the substrate (2) is pressed to the mask (3) by a plurality of pressing members (5) to perform temporary fixation. While the position displacement between the substrate (2) and the mask (3) is suppressed by the temporary fixation, the substrate (2) is brought into close contact with the mask (3) by magnets (6). A plurality of positions of the substrate (2) which has aligned are temporarily fixed by the plurality of pressing members (5), respectively, so that high-precision patterning can be performed to prevent a deviation of the organic EL element film from an anode.
