    Abstract: A control device includes a processor. The processor is configured to receive an execution request for write processing of writing data of logical volumes to second physical volumes. The data of the logical volumes is stored in first physical volumes. The processor is configured to generate write information on basis of data sizes of the respective logical volumes and free spaces of storage areas of the respective second physical volumes. The processor is configured to perform, on basis of the write information, control of writing first data of the logical volumes from a cache unit to the second physical volumes. The processor is configured to perform control of reading second data of the logical volumes from the first physical volumes to the cache unit. The processor is configured to optimize the write information in response to completion of the control of reading.

The bracket includes a base portion having an insertion hole, a vehicle fixing portion extending upward from the base portion, and protruding portions formed on both sides at a lower height than the vehicle fixing portion. The wrapping member has a root portion connected to the cushion portion and has hooking holes formed in a distal end thereof. The wrapping member is inserted into the insertion hole from the vehicle interior, folded back downward, and wrapped around the cushion portion toward the interior, and the hooking holes are hooked on the protruding portions.

    Abstract: A pressure control reservoir for a vehicle brake system is disposed in a hydraulic line extending from a master cylinder to a wheel cylinder through a pump. The pressure control reservoir includes a check valve which consists of a valve seat and a valve. The check valve is closed when an excessive pressure of brake fluid produced by the master cylinder. The valve is stationary. The valve seat is moved in response to an elevated level of the pressure of brake fluid into engagement with the valve, so that the check valve is closed. With these arrangements, the check valve is closed before a piston starts to move to change the volume of a reservoir chamber, thus permitting the volume of the brake fluid required to close the check valve to be decreased, which minimizes the uncomfortable feeling given to a driver of the vehicle when actuating the brakes.

    Abstract: A braking device for a vehicle is provided which includes a hydraulic booster to make wheels of the vehicle produce frictional braking force, a solenoid valve installed in a flow path connecting between a brake fluid accumulator and a servo chamber of the hydraulic booster, and a collision avoidance controller. When determining that there is a risk of a collision with an obstacle, the collision avoidance controller opens the first solenoid valve to achieve emergency braking to minimize the risk of the collision. Basically, the emergency braking is achieved only using the solenoid valve, thus allowing an emergency avoidance mechanism of the braking device to be constructed with a minimum of equipment and facilitating the mountability of the braking device in vehicles.
