Abstract: The present invention discloses a system for providing mobile power, in which the required equipment for the power supply system at fracturing fields as well as connection cables and connection hoses are integrated properly, assigned onto three transport vehicles for movement and effectively connected. Intake components and a turbine generation system are combined on a first transport vehicle and installed together, then transported to customer sites directly, thus saving the installation time at the user sites. The two different designs on the locations of an exhaust stack and an exhaust silencer not only meet the requirements of road transportation, but also meet the requirements of exhaust gas emission during operations.

The near co-axial polarized illuminator is internally positionable in near co-axial alignment with one or more imager(s) utilized to capture a representation of a field of view illuminated by the near co-axial polarized illuminator. Embodiments include small form factor reader(s) that utilize a near co-axial polarized illuminator to improve illumination of a field of view captured via multiple imagers for detecting and/or decoding machine-readable symbologies, such as barcodes. Abstract: In a forwarding fault location determining method, a controller receives a plurality of table search statistical results of a plurality of forwarding tables for a first service from one or more forwarders. The plurality of forwarding tables include a first forwarding table and a second forwarding table, and the first forwarding table is prior to the second forwarding table in terms of a search sequence. Subsequently, the controller determines that table search behavior of the first forwarding table for the first service is normal and table search behavior of the second forwarding table for the first service is abnormal. The controller determines, based on the determining result, that the second forwarding table is a faulty forwarding table for the first service.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of African swine fever (ASF) treatment, in particular to use of a compound aprepitant in prevention or treatment of the ASF. In the present disclosure, it is found that the compound aprepitant can significantly inhibit replication of an African swine fever virus (ASFV); in addition, it is found that the aprepitant inhibits transcription and protein expression of D1133L, and reduces transcription and protein expression levels of p30 and p72, preventing virus invasion on host cells. Therefore, the compound aprepitant can be used to inhibit early and late infection of the ASFV. Accordingly, the compound aprepitant can be used to prevent or treat the ASF.

The method includes: step 1, establishing a relation curve between a median grain diameter of quartz sand and a permeability, determining a type and a usage amount of epoxy resin, and preparing a cementing agent according to a principle that the epoxy resin has a direct ratio with a specific surface; step 2, based on a method of controlling a core permeability, preparing benchmark sand with quartz sand of different grain sizes in a certain ratio, fabricating a low-permeability core by adjusting a ratio of the benchmark sand to fine sand, and fabricating a high-permeability core by adjusting a ratio of the benchmark sand to coarse sand; step 3, separately and proportionally weighing quartz sand of different grain diameters and putting them into a magnetic tray, manually mixing and agitating for later use.

Abstract: A copper integrated electrode with a convertible oxidation state, a preparation method and an application method are provided. The preparation process is based on an electrochemically induced self-growth method. Copper foam is used as a precursor, soaked in a graphene oxide solution, dried, calcined at high temperature and annealed, and then treated with an alkali solution to obtain the copper integrated electrode with the convertible oxidation state. The working electrode prepared by the nano-catalytic material of the present invention has good denitrification performance in the environmental field, which can achieve nearly 100% nitrate removal rate, nearly 100% nitrogen selectivity and long-term stability. These properties are due to the prepared working electrode having an oxidizable copper (I, II/0, I), oxygen vacancy (O) and a one-dimensional nanowire structure.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biology, and in particular relates to an attenuated strain of African swine fever virus (ASFV) with IPTG-induced deletion of a D1133L gene and use thereof. In the present disclosure, it is firstly found that the D1133L protein of ASFV can inhibit production of IFN-? and downstream cytokines ISG-15 and ISG-56, and can be used as an immunosuppressant with a relatively strong immunosuppressive effect. In addition, the attenuated strain of ASFV with IPTG-induced deletion of the D1133L gene is constructed. Specifically, a screening expression cassette is inserted into a position before the non-structural protein gene D1133L of the ASFV using an Escherichia coli lac operator-repressor system, to obtain a recombinant virus. In the presence of the IPTG, the recombinant virus has similar characteristics to a wild-type virus; and in the absence of the IPTG, the expression of the D1133L protein is inhibited.
