    Abstract: The present invention discloses a system for providing mobile power, in which the required equipment for the power supply system at fracturing fields as well as connection cables and connection hoses are integrated properly, assigned onto three transport vehicles for movement and effectively connected. Intake components and a turbine generation system are combined on a first transport vehicle and installed together, then transported to customer sites directly, thus saving the installation time at the user sites. The two different designs on the locations of an exhaust stack and an exhaust silencer not only meet the requirements of road transportation, but also meet the requirements of exhaust gas emission during operations.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of African swine fever (ASF) treatment, in particular to use of a compound aprepitant in prevention or treatment of the ASF. In the present disclosure, it is found that the compound aprepitant can significantly inhibit replication of an African swine fever virus (ASFV); in addition, it is found that the aprepitant inhibits transcription and protein expression of D1133L, and reduces transcription and protein expression levels of p30 and p72, preventing virus invasion on host cells. Therefore, the compound aprepitant can be used to inhibit early and late infection of the ASFV. Accordingly, the compound aprepitant can be used to prevent or treat the ASF.

The preparation process is based on an electrochemically induced self-growth method. Copper foam is used as a precursor, soaked in a graphene oxide solution, dried, calcined at high temperature and annealed, and then treated with an alkali solution to obtain the copper integrated electrode with the convertible oxidation state. The working electrode prepared by the nano-catalytic material of the present invention has good denitrification performance in the environmental field, which can achieve nearly 100% nitrate removal rate, nearly 100% nitrogen selectivity and long-term stability. These properties are due to the prepared working electrode having an oxidizable copper (I, II/0, I), oxygen vacancy (O) and a one-dimensional nanowire structure.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biology, and in particular relates to an attenuated strain of African swine fever virus (ASFV) with IPTG-induced deletion of a D1133L gene and use thereof. In the present disclosure, it is firstly found that the D1133L protein of ASFV can inhibit production of IFN-? and downstream cytokines ISG-15 and ISG-56, and can be used as an immunosuppressant with a relatively strong immunosuppressive effect. In addition, the attenuated strain of ASFV with IPTG-induced deletion of the D1133L gene is constructed. Specifically, a screening expression cassette is inserted into a position before the non-structural protein gene D1133L of the ASFV using an Escherichia coli lac operator-repressor system, to obtain a recombinant virus. In the presence of the IPTG, the recombinant virus has similar characteristics to a wild-type virus; and in the absence of the IPTG, the expression of the D1133L protein is inhibited.
