  • Patent number: 11620553
Abstract: A system for forecasting leaks in a fluid-delivery pipeline network. The system identifies a subsystem in the pipeline network that comprises a plurality of topologically connected stations. The system accesses historical temporal sensor measurements of a plurality of variables of the stations that are directly connected and generates a temporal causal dependency model for a first control variable at the first station in the subsystem, based on the plurality of time series of sensor measurements of a second variable of the first station, and temporal delay characteristics of the plurality of time series of sensor measurements of the second variable at the stations directly connected to the first station. The system automatically calculates a normal operating value of the first control variable at the first station and the deviations between actual measured values and the normal operating value and determines a threshold deviation that indicates a leak event.

  • Patent number: 11602722
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a novel method of producing monodisperse aqueous droplets, as well as a novel microfluidic droplet generator. In some examples, the method comprises flowing an aqueous solution through a microchannel and into a sample reservoir of the microfluidic droplet generator, wherein monodisperse droplets of the aqueous solution form by step-emulsification at a step change in height at an intersection of a reservoir end of the microchannel and a sidewall of the sample reservoir. In some examples, the aqueous solution is a hydrogel precursor solution and monodisperse droplets of the hydrogel precursor solution form by step-emulsification at the step change in height at the intersection of the reservoir end of the microchannel and the sidewall of the sample reservoir. In some examples, the monodisperse droplets of the hydrogel precursor solution are incubated under conditions suitable for gelation to form hydrogel beads.

  • Publication number: 20230069265
Abstract: Routines are used to connect bot queries entered via a bot interface and database queries executed on a database. Each routine is associated with routine configurations, including (a) query attributes associated with bot queries that trigger the routine, (2) a database query executed or to be executed for the routine, and/or (3) display settings for displaying information returned from the database query in a bot response. Each routine is configured to generate an output structured data object (SDO) indicating information returned from the database query and the display settings applicable to the information. The output SDOs from the various routines are transmitted to the bot application via a single API endpoint. The routine configurations are entered by a design user through one or more design user interfaces rendered by an integrative configuration application module.

  • Patent number: 11582158
Abstract: The systems and methods discussed herein provide for classifying CDN connections to the originating application on the first packet. In some implementations, the system identifies application connections established within a predetermined time period prior to the CDN connection and increments a value associated with these connections. The system classifies the CDN connection as corresponding to the application connection with the highest associated value, allowing routing of network traffic to take advantage of QoS benefits and reduce the need for deep packet inspection.

  • Patent number: 11464864
Abstract: The present invention relates to a CPT-bound compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, the CPT-bound compound being obtained by binding CPT (or a CPT derivative) and guanidine to a reduced monosaccharide. The CPT-bound compound enhances solubility and cell permeability of the CPT drug, which makes it possible to effectively deliver CPT to target cells. Therefore, a pharmaceutical composition comprising, as an active ingredient, the CPT-bound compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is expected to be able to effectively treat cancer, in particular, colorectal cancer, even with a low dose of CPT.
