  • Publication number: 20080121773
Abstract: A holder includes a base including two opposite supporting members extending from a top surface of the base, each supporting member having a clipping arm extending from a bottom edge of one end thereof; two elastic members each mounted to its corresponding supporting member, so as to define a predetermined narrow passage for passing through a rod object; and a cap covered on the base, which has a notch cutting into a skirt of the cap that faces the passage, and a recess portion formed on a cap rim of the cap and opposite to the notch. When the cap is assembled with the base, the notch defines an inserting hole for insertion of the rod object into the holder, and the recess portion of the cap rim defines an inserting slot for insertion of thin objects into the holder.

  • Patent number: 7213284
Abstract: An optic disk opener includes an elongate stem having an end defining an interior space receiving a spring-biased sharp member that is extendible out of the space by being manually driven, against the biasing force, to physically engaging an optic disk pack that is wrapped with a plastic film, whereby when the opener is moved along an edge of the optic disk pack, the sharp blade breaks the film. Two spaced flanges are formed on the first end to receive the edge of the optic disk pack and guide the movement of the opener. An elongate member is pivoted to the first end and movable between an operation position where a soft layer attached to a surface of the elongate member is exposed to wipe and clean an optic disk and a stowed position where the elongate member overlaps the stem to shield the soft layer.

  • Publication number: 20070079461
Abstract: A box for receiving an electrostatic fabric includes a top cover, a sliding member and a bottom cover. The sliding member is received and slidable in the box, and has a fixing portion mounting with an electrostatic fabric and a tongue having a through opening adjacent to the fixing portion. Two resilient arms extend from the fixing portion toward the through opening of the tongue, and two sliding blocks are provided at free ends of the two resilient arms, in which the two sliding blocks cooperate with two stoppers of the top cover to selectively control the sliding member at a lock state and a release state. When the sliding member is located at a lock state, the electrostatic fabric extends outside the box through a first opening of the box, but when the sliding member is located at a release state, the electrostatic fabric retracts in the box.
