Abstract: An optic disk opener includes an elongate stem having an end defining an interior space receiving a spring-biased sharp member that is extendible out of the space by being manually driven, against the biasing force, to physically engaging an optic disk pack that is wrapped with a plastic film, whereby when the opener is moved along an edge of the optic disk pack, the sharp blade breaks the film. Two spaced flanges are formed on the first end to receive the edge of the optic disk pack and guide the movement of the opener. An elongate member is pivoted to the first end and movable between an operation position where a soft layer attached to a surface of the elongate member is exposed to wipe and clean an optic disk and a stowed position where the elongate member overlaps the stem to shield the soft layer.

Abstract: A clip holder includes a container arranged inside a casing with a space therebetween. The container has a top opening defined by a circumferential edge for receipt of paper clips. Two slots that are extended in such a way not to coincide with each other for retaining a notepaper in a deformed manner. The deformation of the notepaper induces friction between the notepaper and the slots thereby effectively retaining the notepaper in an upright manner. A disk magnet is positioned under the bottom of the container and two magnetic bars are arranged on opposite sides of the container and adjacent the side wall of the container. The magnets are arranged so that the same polarity of the magnetic bars oppose each other, while an opposite polarity of the disk magnet face toward the bottom of the container.

Abstract: A note magnet includes a base and a cover wherein a magnet is connected to an underside of the base. An operation member is rotatably mounted to a post in the base and an end of the operation member is accessed via a first opening of the base. A blade is connected to the operation member and movably extends through a second opening of the base when the end of the operation member is pushed. The not magnet is optionally adhered to a note holder which has a magnet on its bottom.

Abstract: A multi-purpose stationary assembly, wherein the paper weight, adhesion tape rack, and paper stand & memo holder are combined as a whole, by including a casing and a weight is connected to a bottom of the casing so that the casing can serve as a paper weight. A slot is defined in a top of the casing for sheets of paper to be held therein. A roll of adhesive tape is received in the casing and an extension arm is pivotally engaged with a cut-away in the casing, wherein the extension arm has a toothed edge so as to cut the tape.
