  • Publication number: 20160199887
Abstract: Provided are a desmearing method which can reliably remove a smear caused either by an inorganic substance or by an organic substance, and a desmearing apparatus which carries out this desmearing method. The desmearing method is used for a wiring substrate material which is obtained by laminating a conductive layer and an insulating layer. The insulating layer is formed of a resin containing a filler. The desmearing method includes a wet-type ultraviolet beam irradiation step of irradiating a portion to be processed in the wiring substrate material with an ultraviolet beam in a gas atmosphere while maintaining the portion to be processed in a wet state. Ozone and oxygen are present in the gas atmosphere. • Patent number: 8454039
Abstract: A vehicle steering system includes: a steering member; steered wheels; a steered shaft; a housing; a fitting bracket that has a first bolt insertion hole; a vehicle body-side member that has a second bolt insertion hole; and a bolt that is inserted through the first bolt insertion hole and the second bolt insertion hole. One of the first bolt insertion hole and the second bolt insertion hole is a long hole. When a reverse input equal to or larger than a predetermined value is applied from a road surface to the steered wheel, the bolt is displaced within the long hole in the lateral direction, causing the fitting bracket to displace with respect to the vehicle body-side member in the lateral direction.

  • Patent number: 8310409
Abstract: The present invention relates to a display apparatus and a display method that enable multiple users to view high resolution moving images from various viewing points of the users. A light-control screen 25 is rotated, and projectors 211 to 21N irradiate the screen 25 from various directions with light rays corresponding to image data captured from those directions. In this case, when the forward direction of the light-control screen 25 is aligned with the projecting direction of one of the projectors 21n, an image corresponding to light rays emitted from the projector 21n is displayed on the light-control screen 25. The present invention may be applied to a display apparatus for displaying images.

  • Patent number: 8102395
Abstract: A system and method displays a realistic image that allows a user to readily grasp his/her own positional relationship and also to experience a sense of presence. An outer dome screen is disposed so as to surround a user, and an immersion image such as the scenery of the surroundings of an object is displayed thereon. An inner dome screen is disposed inside the outer dome screen, and it displays a bird's-eye image of the object as perceived by the vision of the user when the object is viewed from a viewpoint of the user. In this case, the user is allowed to readily grasp his/her own positional relationship by the bird's-eye image and is allowed to experience a sense of presence by the immersion image.
