Abstract: Supplemental content can be determined through a server-side process, wherein a primary content provider can obtain the supplemental content from a supplemental content provider before any of the content is sent to the client device initially requesting the primary content. A primary content provider submits a request that can include an authorization token for the primary content provider, a publisher token including a proxy identifier for the user, application, or client device, and other relevant information. The supplemental content provider can verify the information and select targeted content based on the information. The supplemental content can then be provided to the primary content provider for incorporation with the primary content. The primary content provider can adjust the layout or selection before sending to the client device for display.

Abstract: The present invention provides, in at least one embodiment, a basket such as a grocery basket or laundry basket, where the basket includes a packaging wrap strap. When the basket is in an open position, the wrap strap is flush to the bottom side of the base of the basket such that it is out of the way. When the basket is in a closed position, the wrap strap, made from elastic, stretches to get around the base of the basket and pulls the base upwards while applying downward force on a rim of the basket to keep the basket closed very flat. The wrap strap advantageously does not interfere with the closing and opening functions, improves storage and carrying, and provides better packaging.

Abstract: The embodiments implement server-side third party content insertion with client-side tracking beacon. The solution embeds third party content within designated breaks of primary content to form a single unified stream that is streamed to a client requesting the primary content. The unified stream allows the client to receive all content without switching between different streams and prevents advertisement blockers running on the client from differentiating the third party content from the primary content and from blocking the third party content. The solution also generates and sends to the client, a configuration containing events and destinations the different content providers define for their respective content. The client monitors for the events specified in the configuration during playback of the unified stream. An event that is triggered causes the client to send a tracking beacon to a content provider specified destination associated with the event.

Abstract: The invention is directed to methods and devices for optimization of biventricular pacing in subjects suffering from heart failure. The invention provides for a method for selection of optimal parameters for permanent pacing, the method comprising: positioning one or more arrays of lead wires in the posterior pericardium of a subject, wherein the arrays are connected to a multiplexing switch, wherein the switch is connected to a computer processor and a biventricular pacemaker; from the computer processor, generating a randomized sequence of: (i) pacing sites (VPS), (ii) right ventricular-left ventricular delays (RLDs), (iii) heart rates (HR); (iv) atrioventricular delays (AVDs), (v) or any combination or permutation thereof; and determining cardiac output in real time, using aortic flow velocity, thereby allowing selection of optimal parameters for permanent pacing.

Abstract: A collapsible shelter includes an improved attachment of the roof poles to the legs. A shelter frame has a leg at each corner. Each leg may have an angled top edge or surface. A scissor assembly attaches adjacent legs to each other. An offset link pivotally attaches the roof poles to the legs, adjacent to the top of each leg. The roof poles can be rigidly attached to the offset link. Extension poles are attached to the roof poles with a bungee or similar elastic element.
