  • Patent number: 11359127
Abstract: At least a portion of a wellbore region can be sealed using a packer that includes a dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) polymeric resin. The resin can be molded onto a tubular. The DCPD packer can swell in response to being exposed to hydrocarbon fluid at a temperature greater than the glass transition temperature of the DCPD resin to seal an annular region between the tubular and the wall of the well or casing string.

  • Patent number: 11347742
Abstract: A computer system executes a user-supplied query across multiple relational database tables linked by a common key. A new query form, called a composite join, takes a user-supplied query including one or more terms optionally joined by logical operations, an identification of two or more tables and an identification of a common join key shared across the tables. The composite join applies the query across the tables such that any of the query terms can be matched by any of the tables. A query is performed across all tables for each query term and any join keys associated with matching records from the tables are identified in a set of join keys associated with the respective term. The logical operations are then performed on the resulting sets of join keys to combine the results of the term queries according to the user query.

  • Publication number: 20220139230
Abstract: The aircraft control systems and methods disclosed herein are configured to detect a residual error associated with a flight control computer of an aircraft and mitigate the effect(s) of such residual error in order to maintain safe operation of the aircraft. In some embodiments, the systems and methods are configured to detect an out-of-flight-envelope situation of the aircraft and determine whether or not the flight control computer is attempting to recover the aircraft from the out-of-flight-envelope situation. If the flight control computer is perceived as attempting to recover the aircraft from the out-of-flight-envelope situation, the flight control computer is permitted to continue controlling the aircraft. Otherwise, the excursion outside of the normal flight envelope is perceives as potentially having been caused by a residual error and the flight control computer is prevented from continuing to control the aircraft.

  • Publication number: 20220116670
Abstract: Embodiments herein provide for inserting advertisements into content. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a request for insertion of an advertisement into content from an endpoint device. The content is delivered to the endpoint device with advertising signaling in the content. The method also includes comparing policy information to advertising signaling information, in the request, of a content provider providing the content, identifying a tier of service (TOS) of the endpoint device, and determining whether the advertisement can be inserted into the content. If the advertisement can be inserted into the content, the advertisement is selected according to the TOS of the endpoint device and inserted into the content.

  • Publication number: 20220035682
Abstract: Systems, methods, devices, and other techniques for managing a computing resource shared by a set of online entities. A system can receive a request from a first online entity to reserve capacity of the computing resource. The system determines a relative priority of the first online entity and identifies a reservation zone that corresponds to the relative priority of the first online entity. The system determines whether to satisfy the request based on comparing (i) an amount of the requested capacity of the computing resource and (ii) an amount of the portion of unused capacity of the computing resource designated by the reservation zone that online entities having relative priorities at or below the relative priority of the first online entity are permitted to reserve.

  • Publication number: 20210389924
Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for extracting and redacting sensitive information from audio. A call having audio and being associated with a customer can be received at a computing device, and the call can be routed to an agent device. During the call, the computing device can detect an impending disclosure of sensitive personal information of the customer. The computing device can generate, during the call, sensitive data that can correspond to the sensitive personal information. The sensitive data can be generated based on sensitive audio of the call. The computing device can provide modified audio to the agent device in real-time or non-real-time. The modified audio can include nonsensitive audio of the call and can omit the sensitive audio. The sensitive data can be provided to a call handling application that is in communication with the computing device and with the agent device.
