The center hook portions are engaged with the two side walls of the detaining slot, and the outside hook portions are engaged with the two side walls of the detaining slots in the leg portions. Two end faces of the center hook portions are held in abutment against stepped faces at either end of the stepped portions in both side walls of the detaining slot.
