  • Patent number: 8021893
Abstract: A molecular recognition polymer enabling the reconstruction of the recognition field for a target molecule which is produced by applying the molecular imprinting method is disclosed. A molecular recognition polymer enabling the reconstruction of the recognition field for a target molecule which has a molecule interacting with the target molecule in the polymer and in which the recognition field for a target molecule has been constructed and the above-described molecule interacting with the target molecule is detachable and replaceable. This molecular recognition polymer can be produced by synthesizing a complex of the target molecule with a molecule capable of specifically and reversibly binding to the target molecule, copolymerizing this complex with a molecule interacting with the target molecule and a crosslinking agent to give a polymer, and then detaching the target molecule and the molecule interacting with the target molecule from the polymer thus obtained.

  • Patent number: 7992246
Abstract: In a 360-degree toothbrush in which a brush head is formed by superposing disk-shaped radial vanes 1 in an axial direction, the arranging pitch of the radial vanes 1 is increased so as to make the bristle density appropriate. Spacers are not used between the radial vanes 1 so as to increase the productivity, and to improve the hygiene condition. In order to realize these aspects, an annular protrusion or protrusions 3 are formed on one or both of the surfaces of an annular weld portion 2 of the radial vane 1. The annular protrusion 3 is formed at the same time when forming the weld portion 2 in a welding step in which the bristle bundle is opened radially and the center part is welded so that the radial vane 1 is manufactured.

  • Publication number: 20110103206
Abstract: In an optical disk apparatus, by obtaining the temperature in the vicinity of a laser in the apparatus, the power source voltage of the laser driver is controlled such that power consumed by the headroom of the laser driver is reduced to the maximum extent without deteriorating the current drive characteristic of the headroom when the temperature becomes higher. The laser driving current of the laser driver is monitored to control the power source of the laser driver such that the power consumed by the headroom is possibly reduced while maintaining the current drive characteristic of the headroom for the monitored current.

  • Patent number: 7689100
Abstract: A digital signal recording apparatus is disclosed, which is capable of protecting the copyright of the analog input information encoded into a first digital signal in a recording medium. A second digital signal encrypted based on the key information and the input analog signal encrypted based on the key information are converted into a second digital signal and encrypted, and the resulting signal is selectively recorded in a recording medium. The digital signal recording apparatus further comprises a circuit for encrypting the digital signal converted from the input analog signal with a key obtained by a predetermined calculation of the key information according to a scheme similar to the second digital signal protection scheme through a digital interface, and a signal recording circuit for recording the key information and the encrypted digital signal in a recording medium.

  • Publication number: 20090310458
Abstract: The present invention aims to, when recording pulse information are transmitted to a laser driver lying over a pickup through an optical disk, reduce the number of transmission paths or lines from a conventional transmission method and avoid degradation of recording performance due to transmission path characteristics upon fastening of a recording speed thereby to provide stable recording performance at high-speed recording. The invention of the present application reduces the number of transmission signals by encoding multi-level laser pulse information transmitted by the laser driver. Further, gray codes are used for encoding to reduce constraints of skew between bits. Furthermore, encoding is executed using each state transition and the state transitions are switched according to each recording mark and space, thereby reducing the occurrence of a short pulse on each transmission path.

  • Patent number: 7620299
Abstract: When, in the course of recording data to a disk for each basic recording unit, the recording is stopped in the middle of a basic recording unit, data of the basic recording unit of the recording that was stopped remain held in memory. When recording resumes, the recording operation is restarted sequentially from the remaining data held in memory from the position at which recording was stopped. When the remaining data cannot be recorded, dummy data are recorded instead and playback is performed, skipping the dummy data section.
