  • Patent number: 5979625
Abstract: A fixing structure is provided for an outer ring in an one-way clutch. The fixing structure includes a ring-shaped leaf spring having angular waviness and interposed between an outer side wall of the outer ring and a opposing inner wall of a housing. The ring-shaped leaf spring defines a cut formed in a radial direction to make the ring-shaped leaf spring discontinuous as viewed in an angular direction, whereby the ring-shaped leaf spring is integrally assembled by resilient force, which acts in radial directions, on the outer ring or an outer periphery of a side plate mounted on the outer ring. Any axial movement of the ring-shaped leaf spring is limited by a portion of the side plate.

  • Patent number: 5849857
Abstract: The present invention provides a production method for a photo-sensitive resin, characterized in reacting a difunctional epoxy resin (B) having two epoxy groups in a molecule with carboxyl groups contained in a resin (A) having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups and at least one carboxyl group in a molecule. Since the photo-sensitive resin prepared by extending the resin (A) to a high molecular weight linearly via the difunctional epoxy resin (B) is obtained, a resist layer having an excellent tack-free property can be formed. Further, a resist layer irradiated with rays through a patterning film can be developed rapidly and correctly in an alkaline aqueous solution. Accordingly, it has been possible to provide the high-performance liquid photo-sensitive resin compositions useful for a solder resist used for producing printed circuit boards and for an electroless plating resist or useful for producing black matrices and color filters for liquid crystal displays.

  • Patent number: 5671836
Abstract: A lubrication system is disclosed for a one-way clutch of the type that lubeoil is fed into the one-way clutch by shaft-center oiling or under a centrifugal force. The lubrication system comprises oil grooves and an oilway. The oil grooves are formed in an inner peripheral wall of at least one of end bearings arranged on axially opposite sides of the one-way clutch, respectively, whereby lubeoil is drawn into the one-way clutch through the oil grooves. The oilway, on the other hand, opens through an outer peripheral wall of an associated inner ring in a region where the outer peripheral wall of the inner ring and the inner peripheral wall of said at least one end bearing undergo relative sliding motion. The outer peripheral wall of the inner ring is free of any oilway opening in a region where associated sprags are operatively brought into sliding contact with the outer peripheral wall of the inner ring.
