  • Patent number: 9557220
Abstract: Provided is a Fourier transform spectroscopy method that removes restrictions on spectral resolution and spectral accuracy in Fourier transform spectroscopy for observing a cyclic repeating phenomenon, that realizes, theoretically, infinitesimal spectral resolution accuracy. After accurately and sufficiently stabilizing the repetition period of a phenomenon, a temporal waveform is acquired by making a repetition period and a time width for observing the temporal waveform of a phenomenon strictly conform, and by performing a Fourier transform, acquired is a discrete separation spectrum in which the inverse number of the observation time window size T is made a frequency data gap. Measurement is repeated while causing the repetition period to change, and the gap of the discrete separation spectrum is supplemented.

  • Patent number: 9389846
Abstract: Prior to performing download play, it is checked whether or not it is necessary to update firmware of a slave apparatus. When it is necessary to update the firmware of the slave apparatus, a firmware update program is transmitted from a master apparatus to the slave apparatus, and the firmware of the slave apparatus is updated in accordance with the firmware update program. Thus, it is possible to update basic software by a novel method.

  • Patent number: 9186581
Abstract: Prior to performing download play, it is determined whether or not a slave apparatus program has been already stored in an internal memory of a slave apparatus. When not stored yet, the slave apparatus program is transmitted from a master apparatus to the slave apparatus, and stored in the internal memory of the slave apparatus. When already stored, the slave apparatus program is not transmitted from the master apparatus to the slave apparatus. Then, multiplay is performed by performing mutual communication between the master apparatus operating in accordance with a master apparatus game program and the slave apparatus operating in accordance with a slave apparatus game program. Thus, time and effort for receiving the same application program more than once are omitted, and it is possible to efficiently start a communication process.

  • Patent number: 9167231
Abstract: A first temporary taken image taken by a first imaging section of a stereo imaging section, and a second temporary taken image taken by a second imaging section of the stereo imaging section are displayed on a display section. A user aligns the display position of the first temporary taken image with the display position of the second temporary taken image, by moving the first temporary taken image displayed on the display section. Based on the result of the movement, the display positions of two images composing a stereo image taken with the stereo camera are corrected, and the stereo image is displayed on the display section in a stereoscopically visible manner.

  • Patent number: 8560093
Abstract: A common library stores therein user function blocks and ready-made protected function blocks. By being manipulated by the user, an editing device links some of function programs stored in the function blocks in the library to form a control program which controls the exchange of signals between I/O modules and external devices. A control section in the terminal device allows the alteration of the function programs included in the user function blocks, but inhibits the alteration of the function programs included in the protected function blocks.

  • Patent number: 8321037
Abstract: A station address displayed in a display field W5 coincides with a station address of the PLC to which this personal computer is connected. Further, bit addresses of respective output variables are displayed in a display field W1. For example, a corresponding bit corresponding to a check box whose address of the output variable is 00L1E and whose station address of the destination PLC is 2 is an output schedule definition bit Rb1E in an output schedule definition frame RF02 stored in a first storing unit TBL1. Therefore, a value of the output schedule definition bit Rb0E is defined as 0 (output is not scheduled). When an OK button W4 is clicked, respective output schedule definition frames are transferred to a PLC 10 and then are stored in the first storing unit TBL1 respectively.
