    Abstract: Audio system and related method integrated with ultrasound communication functionality are provided. A communication transmitting device of proposed invention modulates a communication signal of communication functionality to a high-frequency sound and transmits the high-frequency sound by an ordinary audio transmitter. A communication receiving device of proposed invention receives the high-frequency sound with an ordinary audio receiver and demodulates it to retrieve the communication signal, and then the communication device can use the communication signal. The proposed audio sound transmitter/receiver can be implemented using low-cost audio speaker/microphone, such that a cost for implementing communication functionality can be reduced.

The control unit is operable on the contrary when the first and second comparing signals are in opposition to the abovementioned description.

    Abstract: A motion detection system is disclosed. The invention comprises a touch panel, a plurality of switching units, a detection unit and a control unit. The touch panel comprises a plurality of metal sensors, each of which in turn is set as a detecting sensor. Each switching unit is electrically connected to a corresponding metal sensor respectively for switching voltage. During a charge stage, the detection unit calculates the discharge time of the detecting sensor and generates a detection result signal. The control unit generates a motion signal according to the detection result signal generated by the detection unit. Based on the capacitive effect and simple hardware architecture, the invention can be employed in option or orientation control by detecting a human hand's movement on the touch panel.

The touch sensor includes a sensing electrode, a discharge element, a sensing-controlling terminal and an input-output (I/O) control terminal, wherein the discharge element is coupled between the sensing-controlling terminal and the I/O control terminal and the sensing electrode is coupled to the sensing-controlling terminal. The essence of the present invention is using charge-discharge through the sensing-controlling terminal and the I/O control terminal for sensing whether a conductor contacts the sensing electrode. There are corresponding compensations no matter an electrostatic charge on the sensing electrode is positive charge or negative charge. Therefore, the influence of electrostatic charge can be eliminated.
