  • Publication number: 20060059398
Abstract: A memory device includes a plurality of test mode signal generating units and a plurality of test circuits. Each test mode signal generating unit generates a respective test mode signal for a respective test circuit. The test mode signal generating units generate the test mode signals in series for the test circuits. Each test mode signal generating unit may be disposed within a respective test circuit such that wiring is not necessary from the source of the test mode signals to the test circuits.

  • Publication number: 20050226716
Abstract: An impeller for fuel pumps of automobiles, which maximizes the amount of fuel discharge of the fuel pumps by controlling the fuel inlet angle and the fuel outlet angle of the blades of the impeller, thus providing high operational pressures of the fuel pumps and improving operational performances of the fuel pumps, is disclosed. The impeller has a disc-shaped body, with a plurality of blades each having an inclined surface and provided around an outer edge of the disc-shaped body while being spaced out at regular intervals, and a plurality of impeller chambers defined between the blades while being vertically formed through the disc-shaped body to allow fuel to flow into and out of the chambers due to a high-speed rotating force of the impeller. The impeller further includes an inlet guide surface provided on each of the blades within a fuel inlet region of each of the impeller chambers, with a first angle defined between a vertical plane of the impeller and the inlet guide surface.

  • Publication number: 20040136823
Abstract: An impeller for an automotive fuel pump, designed to minimize energy loss due to collision with fuel at fuel-inflow regions of blade chambers, is disclosed. The impeller includes a disk-shaped impeller body, a plurality of arched main blades radially provided at a peripheral area of the impeller body with arched blade chambers defined therebetween, and a plurality of arched auxiliary blades radially disposed between the main blades. Each of the blade chambers is provided at its inner side with an inner ridge portion defining upper and lower fuel-inflow regions and at its outer side with an outer ridge portion defining upper and lower fuel-outflow regions. The main and auxiliary blades are alternately arranged. The blade chambers are divided into arched sub-chambers by the auxiliary blades. Each of the auxiliary blades has a length shorter than that of each of the main blades and has a sharpened inner end.
