  • Patent number: 11402485
Abstract: A system and method is disclosed where an operating state may be determined by selecting one or more transmitting nodes for transmitting one or more radio-frequency (RF) signals. One or more receiving nodes may receive the one or more RF signals that may include one or more channel state data. The operating state may be determined based on one or more features extracted from the one or more channel state data. Another system and method is disclosed where a range compensation value may be determined by transmitting a radio-frequency (RF) signal from at least one transmitting node. The one or more receiving nodes may receive the RF signal and a channel state data may be estimated using the signal. The range compensation value may be determined using the channel state data and a position value indicating a location of the at least one transmitting node.

  • Publication number: 20220210605
Abstract: A system for assisting drivers and riders to find each other in a ride-hailing service is provided. A driver device may communicate with a rider device. The driver device may receive GPS coordinates of the rider device such that the relative location of the rider device can be determined via GPS. In response to the rider device being within a threshold distance from driver device, the rider device and driver device can connect via Wi-Fi to share data to improve the locational ability of the system. At least one processor can receive Wi-Fi data packets from the rider device, measure and extract channel state information (CSI) from the Wi-Fi data packets, execute an angle of arrival (AoA) application to determine the angle of arrival based on the CSI, and display a location of the rider based on the determined angle of arrival from the CSI.

  • Patent number: 11240226
Abstract: A computer implemented method for synchronizing multi-tenant single sign-on configuration. Utilizing a combination layer that is configured a single time to interact with a trust application at an identity provider. The combination layer is also configured to interact with the service provider and manages the security token and authentication state of the user. The identity provider can create a single long-lived trust application that is only responsible for redirecting to the combination layer, rather than a creating plurality of short-lived applications that redirect to a service provider every time a user login request is received. Thus, resulting in improved utilization of computing resources at the identity provider.

  • Patent number: 11030547
Abstract: Methods for automatic and intelligent incident routing are performed by systems and apparatuses. The methods intelligently optimize routing of incidents to correct owners from a pool of many possible owners by utilizing learning models and algorithms based on feature vectors. Users provide information related to incidents of services or systems. The information is cleaned and featurized to generate a feature vector for the incident. The systems and apparatuses intelligently and automatically determine sets of candidate recipients based on outputs of algorithms, e.g., machine learning algorithms, such as classifiers using the feature vectors as inputs. Classifiers may utilize models or algorithms trained with featurizations used for feature vectors. Sets of candidate recipients are provided to users for selection of a recipient for the information from the set of candidate recipients instead of from all the possible recipients.

  • Publication number: 20210149973
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to modularizing and embedding modules across a variety of web applications. More specifically, the present disclosure provides an adaptive UI module to web application servers that adapts its format upon evaluating an environment of the web application and receiving a user request for supplemental information. For example, a single adaptive UI module may be used across a variety of web applications, with a variety of requests for supplemental content from within each web application, to generate multiple, unique formatted UI modules. In this way, a single adaptive UI module may generate formatted UI modules specific to the formatting requirements of each requesting web application, with supplemental content related to each unique user request from within each web application.
