  • Patent number: 11151577
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for managing workflows in a contact center. More specifically, embodiments of the present invention are directed to dynamically influencing workflows based on learned insights into those workflows. With end-to-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suites, which manage the entire customer service journey from consumer website to knowledge base to escalation to a live agent via a communication channel to incident creation and incident resolution, it is possible to provide an out-of-the-box, simple-to-use solution to the above problems that offers unique advantages over the expensive, custom, bolt-on solutions.

  • Publication number: 20210265261
Abstract: An airbridge implements connections on a superconducting chip. It comprises a strip of superconductive material between a first superconductive area and a second superconductive area. A first end of said strip comprises a first planar end portion attached to and parallel with said first superconductive area, and a second end of said strip comprises a respective second planar end portion. A middle portion is located between said first and second planar end portions, forming a bend away from a plane defined by the surfaces of the first and second superconductive areas. First and second separation lines separate the end portions from the middle portion. At least one of said first and second separation lines is directed otherwise than transversally across said strip.

  • Patent number: 11033217
Abstract: A crank measurement system includes four bend-sensing strain gauges located on one surface of a crank and oriented parallel to a neutral axis of the crank to sense bend strain induced in the crank. Two of the bend-sensing strain gauges are located above the neutral axis, and the other two bend-sensing strain gauges are located below the neutral axis. The system also includes two shear-sensing strain gauges located on the one surface and oriented to sense shear strain induced in the crank. The shear-sensing strain gauges are located on opposite sides of the neutral axis. The system may also include up to four axial-sensing strain gauges located on the one surface and oriented to sense axial strain induced in the crank. An electronics module receives strain data from the strain gauges, and determines from the strain data one or more of force, torque, and power applied to the crank.

  • Publication number: 20210174629
Abstract: A vending machine with a curved exterior shape is disclosed. Some embodiments of the vending machine are circular in design, and include a transparent upper housing that allows customers to see into the interior of the vending machine. Products for vending may be stored in a non-transparent lower housing. A centrally-located product delivery system transports products for vending from the lower housing to delivery portals located on the upper housing. The product delivery system is able to move along a vertical line and rotate through the horizontal plane and can deliver products from any portion of the lower housing to any delivery portals located on the upper housing.

  • Patent number: 11028471
Abstract: A composition of AR layer that is aimed to match the refractive index of the underlying substrate e.g. glass, chemically strengthened glass, plastics etc., so as maximum light is transmitting through it. For a device with an sapphire film for anti-scratch protection, because sapphire has a different refractive index to that of the substrate, therefore existing AR layer will not function as well as it should; not only the transmitted light is reduced in quantity, its transmitted range will be changed such that imaging or display color is compromised. Therefore an integrated AR with sapphire film with the top most AR layer as Al2O3 which also acts as anti-scratching layer will eliminate this problem. This claim involves replacing one of the materials for AR layer is Al2O3 such that the top most AR layer as Al2O3 which also acts as anti-scratching layer.

  • Publication number: 20210142244
Abstract: An example system for dynamic agent management involving multiple queues is presented. The system may include a remote network management platform that manages a network by way of a computational instance. A first group and a second group of agents may be assigned to address work items in a first queue in the computational instance. The second group may also be assigned to address and prioritize work items in a second queue in the computational instance. A computing device within the computational instance may assign a work item originating from a client device in the managed network into the first queue according to routing rules. The assignment may cause a timer to record a duration that the work item is in the first queue. The computing device may assign one of the second group of agents to address the work item based on the duration exceeding a pre-determined value.

  • Publication number: 20210075704
Abstract: A computer-implemented method is provided that includes receiving, from a first client device associated with a managed network, a request for a record from a plurality of records that relate to the managed network. A depiction of a first graphical user interface that visually represents part of the record is sent to the first device and a representation of a selected portion of the record, that includes text from the part of the record that was visually represented, is received from the first device. A request for the summary of the record is then received from a second client device associated with the managed network and a depiction of a second graphical user interface that visually represents the summary of the record is transmitted to the second device. The depiction of the second graphical user interface is representative of at least the selected portion.
