  • Publication number: 20050067109
Abstract: In order to achieve, in a device for welding of a foil tube comprising two welding jaws, which can be moved against one another and clamp the foil tube between one another, a relatively low building height of the device and a high welding force, it is suggested that a gearing has four rods, of which two inner rods are pivotally fastened through a stationary joint, and two outer rods are each connected through one joint to an inner rod and a further joint to a jaw carrier, and that a movable part of a linear drive is connected to the inner rods through a connecting member in order to pivot the inner rods and thus the jaw carriers away from one another or toward one another during a movement of the movable part along its active line.

  • Publication number: 20050051274
Abstract: In order to be able to realize complicated jaw movements in a device for welding of a foil tube, comprising two welding jaws, which can be moved opposingly and clamp the foil tube between one another, whereby a linear motor is provided as the jaw drive, it is suggested that the gearing houses a cam plate connected to a movable part of the linear drive, that the cam plate has two separate curves, and that each one cam connected to a jaw carrier is guided along a curve.

  • Publication number: 20050044822
Abstract: In order to be able to easily exchange the fill pipe (7) in a vertical tubular bagging machine (1), where a flat foil web (3) is reshaped on a forming shoulder (4) into a foil tube (5) running over a fill pipe (7), a forming shoulder (4) is suggested which can be opened. A shoulder sleeve (21) out of two separate sleeve parts (22, 23) is formed by this forming shoulder (4), a shoulder connection (20) consists of two separate connection parts (24, 25), each one sleeve part (22, 23) and adjoining connection part (24, 25) form one component (26, 27), the two components (26, 27) describe the forming shoulder (4), and one component (27) can be removed from the other component (26) in order to be able to remove the fill pipe (7) transversely with respect to the transport direction (12) from the forming shoulder (4).

  • Publication number: 20050039422
Abstract: In order to be able to remove in a vertical tubular bagging machine in a simple manner a worm-dosing means stored in a fill pipe, it is suggested that the fill pipe is formed out of two troughs aligned against one another with their insides, and that a trough is releasably connected to the other trough. One trough is in a preferred embodiment connected to the other trough via a swivel joint, and a fastening device is provided for locking the trough, which can be swung away, in a position supported by the other trough, so that the swingable trough can be swung away in order to remove the worm-dosing means laterally out of the opened fill pipe.

  • Publication number: 20040194435
Abstract: Disclosed is a machine to manufacture (1) bags (10) with bottom sealed edges, with a vertical bagging machine, without the film track (3) running, it is suggested, to arrange the filling pipe of the bagging machine (1) in such a manner, that the length of a first track (21) of an interlocking (14) of the film deductions (12, 20) over the outer surface (28) of the filling pipe (11) and over form items (15) for the figuration of the edges (16) until again to the interlocking (14) equal to a second distance (22) is, runs on the other side of the interlocking (14). The number of form items (15) per side is different thereby.

  • Patent number: 6729112
Abstract: A tubular bagging machine in which expanding elements projecting away from the fill pipe are provided in order to create bags with welded edges. A separate longitudinal welding device for welding of an area adjacent to the edge of the tube is provided. It is thus possible to produce directly side-by-side a longitudinal seam and a welded edge. A bag-opening aid or a reclosing aid can be integrated into the longitudinal seam or the edge.

  • Patent number: 6659928
Abstract: A device for removing flat articles, in particular blanks of collapsed boxes from a delivery station and for transferring them to a receiving station which has a transport device thereat. Plural suction arms each with suction devices thereon are provided, which suction arms move through a self-contained cycloidal path. The cycloidal path has several tips and curved segments lying therebetween. The delivery station and the receiving station are each arranged at a tip of the cycloidal path. A rotor is provided for moving the suction arms. A sun and planet gear arrangement is provided on the rotor, which sun and planet gear delineate the cycloidal path. The suction arms are aligned parallel to one another and preferably to the transport direction of the transport device in order to achieve in this manner a technically simple and reliable device.

  • Publication number: 20020170278
Abstract: A device for feeding a package receiver and includes a crank arm pivotal or rotatable about a first axis by a first motor. A second axis is provided at the distal end of the crank arm, whereat the second axis supports the package receiver for pivotal or rotatable movement relative to the crank arm. A second motor is provided for the purpose of pivoting or rotating the package receiver about the crank arm. The two motors are separately controlled. Such a device can be fed with packages selectively from one side or from above.

  • Patent number: 6453649
Abstract: A carrier (4) with articles (2) provided thereon is moved quickly toward a package (3) and is slowed down at the package (3) such that by utilizing the articles (2) kinetic energy, they slide off the carrier (4) and move into the package (3). The carrier (4) can thus be returned to an article receiving position during the feed-in process for the articles (2) in order to receive new articles (2), which can be, for example filled tubular bags.

  • Publication number: 20020087485
Abstract: One or more aspects of managing information that were previously performed within a private electronic environment are now performed within a public electronic environment off-line from the private environment. This allows the information to be managed at a location that is user-friendly, and relaxes the requirement for a synchronous connection to the private environment. One example of information managed in this manner is a proposal for a contract, such as sales contract.
