    Abstract: A bonding structure that may be used to form 3D-IC devices is formed using first oblong bonding pads on a first substrate and second oblong bonding pads one a second substrate. The first and second oblong bonding pads are laid crosswise, and the bond is formed. Viewed in a first cross-section, the first bonding pad is wider than the second bonding pad. Viewed in a second cross-section at a right angle to the first, the second bonding pad is wider than the first bonding pad. Making the bonding pads oblong and angling them relative to one another reduces variations in bonding area due to shifts in alignment between the first substrate and the second substrate. The oblong shape in a suitable orientation may also be used to reduce capacitive coupling between one of the bonding pads and nearby wires.

The system further comprises a detector configured to receive the second portion of the drying gas and to determine a real time property of the second portion of the drying gas, and a control unit configured to control a feedback operation of the wafer drying station based on the real time property of the second portion of the drying gas.

    Abstract: An ozone generator for producing ozone water for the sanitation and disinfection of an ice maker includes cathode plates and anode plates that are arranged alternatively in an electrolysis chamber. The cathode plates and the anode plates are connected to a cathode wire and an anode wire of a cable. A wiring chamber is provided with a temperature sensor extending into the electrolysis chamber and connected with a temperature sensor wire of the cable. The cable is connected to a control circuit. The ozone generator is submerged in the ice-making water of the ice-making water tank. The temperature sensor of the ozone generator submerged in the ice-making water is configured to sense temperature changes. When the ice maker is activated, the temperature of the ice-making water in the ice-making water tank will drop. When the temperature drops to the set temperature, the ozone generator is activated once to produce ozone gas. The ozone gas is dissolved in the ice-making water to generate ozone water.

Further, the method includes collecting the drying gas from an exhaust of the wafer drying module and determining the concentration of contaminants in the drying gas. The method also includes re-dispensing the drying gas over the batch of wafers if the concentration of contaminants is greater than a baseline value and transferring the batch of wafers out of the wafer drying module if the concentration is equal to or less than the baseline value.

    Abstract: A disinfection and sterilization device of a beverage maker is disclosed. The beverage maker has an operation panel, a beverage outlet, and a water receiving tank under the beverage outlet. The beverage maker is provided with a power cord and a feed-water pipe. One end of the feed-water pipe is connected to the beverage maker, and the other end of the feed-water pipe is connected to an ozone water producing device. The ozone water producing device is connected with a water supply apparatus through a water supply pipe. The electrolytic ozone water generator is directly connected to the water supply pipe of the beverage maker. The ozone water producing device works to generate ozone gas microbubbles that are quickly dissolved and mixed in the water to generate ozone water. The internal pipe and the beverage outlet of the beverage maker through which the ozone water flows are sterilized.

    Abstract: A joint mobilization apparatus includes a pulling unit and a power unit. The pulling unit includes a wearable member set for mounting on the patient's joint part, and a rope set connected to the wearable member set. The power unit provides power of reciprocatingly pulling the rope set, and includes a shell member, a motor, and a reciprocation mechanism connected to the motor and the rope set. The reciprocation mechanism is driven by the motor to reciprocate relative to the shell member, so as to pull the rope set to reciprocate the wearable member set and patient's joint part. By using the power unit to drive the pulling unit to pull reciprocatingly for mobilizing the patient's joint part, instead of the therapist's treatment, the therapist's burden in physical strength can be reduced. Furthermore, the joint mobilization apparatus can provide the user to execute various muscle training modes.

An electrolyzed ozone water composed of coated titanium anode includes n anodes and n+1 cathodes, wherein the anodes are coated titanium anodes, and the cathodes are titanium cathodes or stainless-steel cathodes. The coated titanium anode includes a titanium substrate and a tin dioxide coating layer doped with ruthenium and nickel, which is made by etching and drying the titanium substrate roughened by sandblasting, and then evenly spreading the titanium substrate with a tin dioxide coating solution doped with ruthenium and nickel, and drying, and thermally decomposing the coating material. The anode and cathode are immersed in water with a conductivity greater than 30 ?s/cm, powered by a constant current, and the power supply voltage ranges from 3.5 to 12V.
