    Abstract: A silicon carbide semiconductor power transistor includes a substrate made of SiC, a drift layer on a plane of the substrate, well regions in the drift layer, source regions within the well regions, gates on the drift layer, a gate insulation layer between the drift layer and each of the gates, and well pick-up regions in the drift layer. V-grooves are formed in the drift layer, and a bottom and sidewalls of each of the V-grooves is surround by each of the well regions. The bottom of each of the V-grooves is in direct contact with each of the source regions. The gates are between the V-grooves and extend to the sidewalls of the V-grooves on both sides thereof. The well pick-up regions are below the bottom of each of the V-grooves, and each of the well pick-up regions passes through the source regions and contacts with the well regions.

    Abstract: A smart antenna switching method is disclosed. Multiple wireless signal parameters of a wireless network environment are collected. Under a current operating phase, when a holding period of a to-be-switched antenna is 0, the qualities of wireless signals between an initial antenna and the to-be-switched antenna are compared according to the wireless signal parameters. When a comparing period of the to-be-switched antenna is 0, it is determined whether an antenna switching operation is performed. If the antenna switching operation is not performed, the next operating phase is served as the current operating phase. If the antenna switching operation is performed, a signal receiving-and-sending operating is switched from the to-be-switched antenna to the outdoor antenna or from the outdoor antenna to the to-be-switched antenna, and the previous operating phase is served as the current operating phase.

    Abstract: A method for providing better connecting signals is disclosed. Coordinates of multiple mobile terminals are obtained. Distances between a mobile Wi-Fi (MIFI) device and the mobile terminals are calculated according to received signal strength indicator (RSSI) values between the mobile terminals and the MIFI device, and a relative coordinate of the MIFI device is then calculated based on the distances. Unit vectors of the mobile terminals relative to the MIFI device are calculated according to the relative coordinate of the MIFI device and the coordinates of the mobile devices. Reference signal receiving power (RSRP) values of the mobile terminals are calculated and are multiplied by the unit vectors to obtain RSRP vectors of the mobile terminals. The RSRP vectors are added up to generate a position where the MIFI device moves to a base station.

The method sends the data message with the anycast network address as a source network address to the external network.
