    Abstract: The present invention discloses a LPC2468-based MVB-WTB gateway and associated operating methods in the field of train communications. The disclosed network gateway includes a MVB network card and a WTB network card. The WTB network card includes WTB-ARM and a WTB-FPGA module. The MVB network card includes MVB-ARM and MVB-FPGA module. The WTB-ARM module uses a LPC2468 processor to analyze data in the network layer and the data link layer based on gateway protocol. The WTB-FPGA module allows WTB to exchange data with other networks gateways, as well as between the WTB and MVB. The MVB-ARM module is responsible for executing protocols on the network cards. Via data communications on MVB, the MVB-FPGA module collects the process and message data of the MVB equipment, and exchange communication data between WTB within a network gateway. The present invention can increase speed and enhance reliability for communications between gateways.

    Abstract: A method of detecting one or more diseased blood cells in a blood sample includes introducing a blood sample into at least one inlet of a microfluidic device comprising one or more linear channels wherein each channel has a length and a cross-section of a height and a width defining an aspect ratio adapted to isolate diseased blood cells along at least one portion of the cross-section of the channel based on reduced deformability of diseased blood cells as compared to non-diseased blood cells, wherein diseased blood cells flow along a first portion of the channel to a first outlet and non-diseased blood cells flow along a second portion of the channel to a second outlet. The one or more channels can be adapted to isolate cells along portions of the cross-section of the channel based on cell size. In some embodiments, the one or more channels can be spiral channels.

    Abstract: A method for designing an off-axis three-mirror imaging system with freeform surfaces is provided. A primary mirror initial structure, a secondary mirror initial structure, and a tertiary mirror initial structure are established. A number of first feature rays are selected, while the primary mirror initial structure and the secondary mirror initial structure unchanged. The first feature rays are forward ray tracked from an object space to an image detector. A number of first feature data points are calculated to obtain a tertiary mirror. A number of fields and a number of second feature rays are selected, while the secondary mirror initial structure and the tertiary mirror unchanged. The second feature rays are reverse ray tracked from the image detector to the object space. A number of second feature data points are calculated to obtain the primary mirror.

    Abstract: A construction method of freeform surface shape based on XY-polynomial obtains a plurality of data points of a freeform surface according to an object point and an imaging point in a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates system Oxyz. Each of the plurality of data points comprises a coordinate value Qi and a normal vector Ni. A first sum of squares e1(P) of coordinate differences in z direction between the coordinate value Qi and the freeform surface is applied, and by a second sum of squares e2(P) between the normal vector Ni of the data points and a normal vector ni of the freeform surface, a modulus of vector differences is acquired. An evaluation function ƒ(p)=e1(P)+we2(P) is proposed and a plurality of freeform surface shapes obtained by selecting and applying different weightings. A final freeform surface shape ?opt is chosen from the plurality of freeform surface shapes.

When available resource of the service bundle user is sufficient, the processor installs the service bundle specified in the waiting queue in the service user. A storage device stores the waiting queue and corresponding resource requirement information.
