Abstract: A package structure and the manufacturing method thereof are provided. The package structure includes a first package including at least one first semiconductor die encapsulated in an insulating encapsulation and through insulator vias electrically connected to the at least one first semiconductor die, a second package including at least one second semiconductor die and conductive pads electrically connected to the at least one second semiconductor die, and solder joints located between the first package and the second package. The through insulator vias are encapsulated in the insulating encapsulation. The first package and the second package are electrically connected through the solder joints. A maximum size of the solder joints is greater than a maximum size of the through insulator vias measuring along a horizontal direction, and is greater than or substantially equal to a maximum size of the conductive pads measuring along the horizontal direction.

Abstract: A notebook structure with visual indicators of the presence and activity of peripheral interfaces can include a top cover, a middle portion attached to the top cover and a label panel. The middle portion can include a circuit board and a plurality of input and output interfaces secured to the circuit board. The label panel defining a plurality of input and output icons can be attached to the top cover and adjacent to the plurality of input and output interfaces so as to indicate respective locations of each interface. The label panel is configured to illuminate the plurality of input and output icons.

Abstract: A fastening assembly for securing a shoulder belt to a portable computer includes a latching member, a fastening member, a locking cap, and a resilient ring. The resilient ring is located between the latching member and the locking cap. The fastening member extends through the latching member from a first side of the latching member. The locking cap is located on a second side of the latching member and engaged with the fastening member. The fastening member with the locking cap is moveable relative to the latching member to compress the resilient ring in order to secure the latching member to the portable computer. The resilient ring is restored to release the latching member from the portable computer.

The first mating member is fixed to the casing and includes a carrying piece for carrying the fixing piece and a fastening piece bending toward one end of the carrying piece. The second mating member includes a pressing piece for pressing the fixing piece, a first clipping piece bending toward one end of the pressing piece and pivotally connecting with the casing, and a second clipping piece bending toward another end of the pressing piece and corresponding in position to the fastening piece. The second mating member is rotated to combine with the first mating member, thereby securing the fixing piece in place horizontally and vertically.
