  • Patent number: 10769432
Abstract: A computerized automated parameterization image pattern detection and classification method performs (1) morphological metrics learning using labeled region data to generate morphological metrics; (2) intensity metrics learning using learning image and labeled region data to generate intensity metrics; and (3) population learning using the morphological metrics and the intensity metrics to generate learned pattern detection parameter. The method may further update the learned pattern detection parameter using additional labeled region data and learning image, and apply pattern detection with optional user parameter adjustment to image data to generate detected pattern. The method may alternatively perform pixel parameter learning and pixel classification to generate pixel class confidence, and uses the pixel class confidence and the labeled region data to perform pattern parameter learning to generate the learned pattern detection parameter.

  • Patent number: 10738920
Abstract: A composite fluid conduit assembly with a fluid conduit having a wall defining a fluid flow path is disclosed. The wall has an inner region and an outer region. The outer region includes a composite material having reinforcing elements within a matrix material and the inner region having a material which is substantially devoid of reinforcing elements. The inner region of the wall defines a first sealing surface around the fluid flow path at one end of the fluid conduit. The composite fluid conduit assembly has an interface member substantially devoid of reinforcing elements and located at the end of the fluid conduit. The interface member defines an aperture in fluid flow communication with the fluid flow path and a second sealing surface. A compression arrangement forces the interface member and the fluid conduit together forming a seal around the fluid flow path between the first and second sealing surfaces.

  • Publication number: 20200226870
Abstract: A system and method for hosting and managing a live game are disclosed which includes a live gaming table for live players and a live dealer. In an embodiment an application configures a player's mobile device to receive an invitation from a casino to play the table game based upon the player being, based upon location aware technology, being in or near the casino. Accepting the invention permits the player to reserve a position at the gaming table and displays a machine readable code at the player's mobile device. The player positions at the gaming table include video display and player input devices (VDPIDs) and a code reader to read the displayed code and access the player's electronic account. Using the VDPID the player may convert between electronic funds and physical gaming chips, participate in video bonus event play and back-bet on other players.

  • Patent number: 10701008
Abstract: Exemplary methods, apparatuses, and systems receive, from a first user of a network service, an identifier associated with an account within the network service for a second user and data that is descriptive of the second user. Based upon the descriptive data, a plurality of candidate songs is selected and presented to the first user. A selection of a plurality of the candidate songs is received from the first user. A media object including the selected songs as a musical compilation is generated and published to the network service. In response to receiving an interaction with the media object, the network service plays the musical compilation.

  • Publication number: 20200193363
Abstract: A method and apparatus for recording information for a part, such as history information for an aircraft part. A part history blockchain network comprises part history blockchains for the part that are configured to record the information for the part. Configuration and activity history information for the vehicle is recorded in vehicle configuration and activity history blockchains for the vehicle in a vehicle configuration and activity history blockchain network. A part installation notification is received by the part history blockchain network. The part installation notification identifies the part and indicates that the part is installed on the vehicle. The part history blockchains for the part are locked in response to receiving the part installation notification to prevent adding information for the part to the part history blockchains for the part for as long as the part is installed on the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10643264
Abstract: An online system displays relevant products along with a video watched by a user in a synchronized manner, which allows the user to explore relevant content (e.g., products recommended to the user) while the user is watching the video. The online system receives a video including a sequence of video frames to be displayed to the user, and the video may be associated with a specific theme, e.g., a soccer game, and one or more video frames may include points of interest (referred as “Q points”). The online system detects or receives Q points associated with corresponding video frames, where a Q point in a video frame identifies an object of interest in the video frame. The online system also correlates user profile information of the user with the detected points to select relevant products tailored to the user.

  • Publication number: 20200055592
Abstract: A control system has first and second processing modules for controlling retraction and extension of an aircraft landing gear assembly. The processing modules operate independently providing redundancy. Each processing module is configured to perform a first sequence of steps for retracting the landing gear assembly and a second sequence of steps for extending the landing gear assembly. A step of switching control from one processing module to the other (e.g. an avionics side changeover step) is performed (a) as part of the first sequence of steps, but only after the landing gear assembly has been retracted, or (b) as part of the second sequence of steps. By ensuring that the step of switching control is performed at such times, and not for example between initiation of the first sequence of steps and the retraction of the landing gear assembly, the landing gear assembly may be retracted sooner after such initiation.

  • Publication number: 20200043253
Abstract: A vehicle configuration and activity history tracking system and method. A first vehicle configuration and history blockchain is read from a first node in a vehicle configuration and history blockchain network comprising a plurality of nodes. A second vehicle configuration and history blockchain is read from a second node in the plurality of nodes of the vehicle configuration and history blockchain network. The first vehicle configuration and history blockchain is compared to the second vehicle configuration and history blockchain to determine whether the first vehicle configuration and history blockchain is valid. A new maintenance operation on the vehicle or a new modification of the vehicle is initiated using the first vehicle configuration and history blockchain in response to a determination that the first vehicle configuration and history blockchain is valid.

  • Publication number: 20200002147
Abstract: A method and apparatus of filing beverage combines pressurized beverage delivery (rather than gravity feed) with variable pressure control of the beverage flow into the can. By modulating beverage flow and especially beverage pressure, it is possible to fill a can's widget (gas reservoir) with gas with a shorter set of fill steps. In addition, the speed of beverage filling can be dramatically increased compared to small scale systems normally used. Unlike known large scale pressure systems, the beverage bowl may be located beneath the rest of the apparatus and modulated pressure may be used, making for a smaller and more portable unit.
