  • Patent number: 11743308
Abstract: The method for storing streaming media includes receiving, from a user device, a request to navigate to a requested time of a media stream. The method also includes determining whether a block of media segments that have a time interval that overlaps with the requested time is stored at the server. The method also includes retrieving the block of media segments from long-term memory in accordance with a determination that the block of media segments is not stored at the server. The method also includes traversing the block of media segments that have a time interval that overlaps with the requested time of the media stream to seek and identify a media segment corresponding to the requested time of the media stream. The method also includes streaming a media stream to the user device that begins at the media segment corresponding to the requested time of the media stream.

  • Patent number: 11642650
Abstract: This invention relates to a method of using MOF adsorbents to remove elemental impurities from feed streams comprising active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). The process involves contacting the feed stream comprising API and elemental impurities with the MOF at purification conditions to obtain a purified stream with provides an API which has a concentration of the elemental impurity below its permitted daily exposure. The process can be carried in a batch mode where the MOF and feed stream are admixed in a vessel for a given amount of time or continuously by flowing the feed stream through a column or adsorbent bed containing the MOF adsorbent.

  • Publication number: 20230090026
Abstract: A hat holder for effectively holding a hat in a manner and position simulating the position that the hat would take when placed on a person's head, effectively displaying the front portion of the hat and maintaining the shape of the hat without leaving any marks on the hat. The device includes a magnet that creates a magnetic bond with the ferrous part of the hat, a general hat form being additional support for maintaining the general shape of a hat, an arm that connects from the support structure to the base and a base which allows the hat to be supported from various support structures including but not limited to a vertical wall surface or the like with the orientation enabling the hat to be positioned generally in the attitude that the hat would assume when placed on a person's head.

  • Publication number: 20230078684
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed to optimize projection of big data beyond its footprint. An example apparatus includes memory, instructions, and processor circuitry to access panel audience sizes corresponding to subscribers of a media provider, a subset of the subscribers of the media provider, and corresponding to a media network determine a relative percent difference between the third panel audience size and the fourth panel audience size, when the relative percent absolute difference satisfies a first threshold, determine percentages of demographic groups represented in the panel audience sizes, determine differences associated with the demographic groups, and when at least one of the differences corresponding to at least one of the demographic groups satisfies a second threshold, determine the subscribers, the subset of the subscribers, and the at least one of the demographic groups as useable to determine an audience size of the media network.

  • Patent number: 11605373
Abstract: A text search query including one or more words may be received. An ASR index created for an audio recording may be searched over using the query to produce ASR search results including words, each word associated with a confidence score. For each of the words in the ASR search results associated with a confidence score below a threshold (and in some cases having one or more preceding words in the ASR index and one or more subsequent words in the ASR index), a phonetic representation of the audio recording may be searched for the word having the confidence score below the threshold, where it occurs in the audio recording, possibly after the one or more preceding words and in the audio recording before the one or more subsequent words, to produce phonetic search results. Search results may be returned include ASR and phonetic results.
