The method includes: if it is detected that at least one signal feature of each carrier signal in a first combined signal changes, determining, based on the signal feature of each carrier signal, a first clipping noise power corresponding to each carrier signal; and performing clipping on each carrier signal based on the first clipping noise power corresponding to each carrier signal. The signal feature includes one or more of a power, a bandwidth, a frequency, a power spectral density, or a modulation scheme. According to this method, clipping processing is performed on each carrier signal, to reduce a PAPR in an OFDM system. In addition, when the signal feature of each carrier signal changes, an access network device may determine a clipping noise power of each carrier signal based on a changed signal feature of each carrier signal.

The negative electrode material provided by the present disclosure includes the silicon oxide having a high sphericity, the silicon oxide has a more stable structure during a cycling process, so that it is capable of avoiding the problem of cracking of particles of the material due to repeated generation of the SEI film, thereby improving cycling performance of the material and reducing the volume expansion due to SEI film generation.

    Abstract: A plasmonic device incorporating a special hyperbolic metamaterial (HMM) metamaterial is used for plasmonic lithography, including ultraviolet (UV) lithography. It may be a Type II HMM (??<0 and ??>0) whose tangential component of the permittivity ?? is close to zero. Due to the high anisotropy of the Type II epsilon near zero (ENZ) HMM, only one plasmonic mode can propagate horizontally with low loss in a waveguide system with ENZ HMM as its core. In certain aspects, a Type II ENZ HMM comprises alternating layers of aluminum/aluminum oxide films and the associated unusual mode of light transmission is used to expose a photosensitive layer in a specially designed lithography system. Methods for making patterns of nanofeatures via such plasmonic lithography are also provided, including as a plasmonic roller device.

    Abstract: Within several applications the ability to localize an individual within an environment is beneficial. However, existing indoor localization approaches depend upon at least one of two assumptions. First, the subject(s) localization is achieved by localizing a wireless device carried by the subject and second, wireless fingerprints are established for the localization via a site survey being performed before a system can actually localize the subject(s). However, in many application scenarios, neither of the above two assumptions are true, namely that the user is not carrying an active wireless device or that the site has been surveyed. Accordingly, embodiments of the invention provide for subject localization by a dynamic calibration of wireless signals between a receiver and a transmitter, where neither the receiver or transmitter are associated with an electronic device carried or worn by the subject.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses small molecule-nanobody conjugate inducers of proximity (SNACIP) and preparation methods and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cell regulation. Chemical inducers of proximity (CIPs) induce dimerization between proteins to regulate biological progresses. However, the CIP has the disadvantages of difficulties in directly regulating endogenous proteins without ligand binding sites, background activity interference of endogenous proteins, difficulties in use for drug development, etc. The SNACIP disclosed herein includes a nanobody targeting moiety, a small molecule binding motif, an intracellular delivery moiety and a linker. In the disclosure, a cRGT general inducer has the advantages of easy cell penetration, rapidity, reversibility, thorough regulation, and dose-dependence; a cRTC-type inducer can specifically regulate an intrinsically disordered protein in the cell; and a bivalent nanobody CTTC inducer is suitable for use in vivo.
