A stop with a defined through hole is integrated proximate the inlet end of the emitter to produce a path for liquid to flow from the separation column to the emitter via the through hole where a voltage is applied to the liquid entering the emitter.

    Abstract: Knowledge graphs can greatly improve the quality of content recommendation systems. There is a broad variety of knowledge graphs in the domain including clicked user-ad graphs, clicked query-ad graphs, keyword-display URL graphs etc. A hierarchical Transformer model learns entity embeddings in knowledge graphs. The model consists of two different Transformer blocks where the bottom block generates relation-dependent embeddings for the source entity and its neighbors, and the top block aggregates the outputs from the bottom block to produce the target entity embedding. To balance the information from contextual entities and the source entity itself, a masked entity model (MEM) task is combined with a link prediction task in model training.

If so, a warning message may be sent and processed by the motion control system, when the vehicle is responding to commands correctly, or actuator control, when the vehicle is not responding to commands correctly. Should a safe zone be redrawn to exclude the vehicle's path, a failure message is sent to the appropriate system for mitigation.

The isolation component closely fits outer surface of the acoustic component, the isolation component is provided with hollow portion to enable the outer surface of the acoustic component to be exposed to the filling cavity, and the hollow portion is filled with the sound-absorbing material. With the arrangement of the hollow portion, the acoustic device is filled with more sound-absorbing material, improving acoustic performance.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the bioengineering field, and relates to a method for fermentation production of L-theanine by using an Escherichia coli genetically engineered bacterium. The engineered bacterium is obtained by serving a strain as an original strain, wherein the strain is obtained after performing a single copy of T7RNAP, a dual copy of gmas, xylR knockout, and sucCD knockout on an Escherichia coli W3110 genome, and by integrating genes xfp, pta, acs, gltA, and ppc, and knocking out ackA on the genome. The present invention has a high yield, and stable production performance; after 20-25 h, L-theanine has a titer of 75-80 g/L, and the yield is up to 52-55%. The fermentation broth is purified by membrane separation in combination with a cation-anion resin series technique. Moreover, the one-step crystallization yield is 72.3% and the L-theanine final product has a purity of 99%.

The known static objects are marked on a high definition (HD) map for the real-time driving environment. When the ADV detects one or more known static objects, the ADV can use sensor data, locations of the one or more static objects, and one or more error tolerance parameters to create a localization error tolerance area surrounding a current location of the ADV. The ADV can project the tolerance area on the HD map, performs a localization operation to generate an expected location of the ADV on the HD map, and determines whether the generated location falls within the projected tolerance area.
