The apparatus and methods may involve receiving from the customer a request to pay funds or draw credit from an account based on the customer's electronic presentation of the virtual purchasing instrument to the merchant.

Abstract: False honeytoken data is generated, stored, and disseminated to a criminal organization such as an online banking fraud ring. After dissemination of the data, access attempts using the false honeytoken data are identified at an online banking web server or other organization resource. Data associated with the fraudulent access attempt, such as a source IP address, physical address, or related customer account numbers, are retrieved and stored so that this data may be compiled, analyzed, and used for tracking fraud rings.

Each IKVM switch is connected to a plurality of remote computers. Each control center stores system configuration information regarding all other control centers, including their IP addresses, port information, information about the IKVM switches managed by them, and (optionally) the remote computers connected to each IKVM switch. The control centers use a master-slave scheme to share the configuration information among them. When a client logs on to any control center, all IKVM in the system are displayed on a UI so that the client can select any IKVM or (optionally) remote computer for access. The control centers perform necessary functions to facilitate the access to the select IKVM or remote computer by the client.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for monitoring of financial institution business activity for the purpose of identifying suspicious activities. The embodiments herein described rely on monitoring business activities from many data repositories, some of which are exclusive to financial institution. By monitoring financial business activity for the purpose of identifying suspicious activity or behaviors, bank fraud or other criminal/wrongful activities can be mitigated or otherwise avoided. In addition, the identification of suspicious activities serves to identify the individual(s) associated with the suspicious activities and/or other information related to the individual(s), such as physical location, electronic location, telephone number and the like.

Such methods may include identifying a consumer-based software application for analysis and classifying the consumer-based software application into a plurality of consumer-facing transactions. Each consumer-facing transaction may be rated according to at least one category or criteria. Further, each rating may be converted into a numeric value. Another aspect of the invention may relate to receiving an identification of a list of threats to each of the consumer-facing transactions. These threats may be categorized into threat categories. The impact of each of the threats may be forecasted. The overall impact of the threats as forecasted may be calculated. Yet another aspect of the invention may relate to receiving an identification of a plurality of threat controls that control at least a portion of the plurality of threats.

A compromised account may be identified by identifying a first unique identifier and associating the unique identifier with a fraud behavior. A second unique identifier may be identified and associated with a fraud behavior as well. The first unique identifier and the second unique identifier may be linked if at least a portion of the fraud behavior of the first unique identifier corresponds to at least a portion of the fraud behavior of the second unique identifier. Information relating to the fraud behavior of the first unique identifier, information relating to the fraud behavior of the second unique identifier, and information relating to the link between the fraud behavior of the first unique identifier and the second unique identifier may be stored in a data file. The device is arranged so that when current is passed through the electrolyte via the electrodes, gas is generated from the electrolyte thereby increasing pressure inside the electrolytic chamber.
