    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media for SRS data transmission. In example embodiments, a method is provided. According to the method, an apparatus forwards, during a first period, first SRS data received from a terminal device to a further apparatus. The further apparatus determines, based on the first SRS data, compression information for compressing SRS data, and transmits the compression information to the apparatus. Thereby, the apparatus compresses, during a second period, second SRS data received from the terminal device based on the compression information, and transmits, during the second period, the compressed second SRS data to the further apparatus. In this way, the SRS data can be effectively compressed, thus reducing the latency of the SRS data transmission.

    Abstract: Compositions, methods and kits are provided that describe a novel enzyme family called here a hydroxymethylcytosine carbamoyltransferase that transfers a carbamoyl phosphate substrate onto a hydroxymethylcytosine nucleoside triphosphate or a hydroxymethylcytosine in a nucleic acid. The carbamoyl phosphate substrate may be tagged with a chemically reactive group and optionally a functional group. This enables multiple uses of this enzyme and substrate for detecting nucleic acids with modified nucleotides, enriching for such nucleic acids, sequencing nucleic acids containing modified nucleotides, and for synthesizing oligonucleotides with various labels for various molecular biology applications including stabilizing RNA.

Hydrocharis dubia has excellent enrichment of manganese ions in sewage, and is used to treat sewage water to adsorb heavy metals such as lead, manganese and zinc contained in the sewage water into roots, stems and leaves thereof, which are pyrolysed in stages at high temperature with activated red mud and bentonite prior to blending with zeolites, to produce said heavy metal mediated biochar composite; the process significantly extends the migration time of heavy metals, increases the stability of heavy metals and reduces the risk of environmental pollution by heavy metal leakage.

    Abstract: A set of primers and probes for simultaneous detection of Cymbidium mosaic virus (CymMV), Odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV), and Cymbidium ringspot virus (CymRSV) and a method for detecting CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV, along with a method for their detection, are disclosed. The method involves designing multiplex real-time quantitative PCR detection primers and probes for CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV and applying these primers and probes to the real-time quantitative PCR simultaneous detection of CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV. It allows for faster detection of CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV, taking only one-third of the time compared to uniplex real-time quantitative PCR technology, thereby reducing testing costs by approximately ? to ½ for each sample. The primers and probes are highly specific and sensitive, with a sensitivity as low as 1 to 10 copies. It provides an efficient and feasible detection method for early detection and prevention of CymMV, ORSV, and CymRSV.
