    Abstract: A zirconia ceramic material for use in dental applications is provided comprising an yttria-stabilized zirconia material comprising from 4.5 mol % to 5.1 mol % yttria. Optionally, the zirconia ceramic has a coloring agent that may comprise one or more metals selected from terbium (Tb), chromium (Cr), erbium (Er), and cobalt (Co), and further, may, optionally, comprise alumina, which if present may be in an amount from 0 wt % to 0.25 wt %. The zirconia ceramic materials exhibit both enhanced translucency and a flexural strength of at least 800 MPa when fully sintered.

An epitaxy opening is provided in the first dielectric layer to form single-photon avalanche detectors. First contacts vias connecting the detectors, and through silicon vias reaching a back surface of the wafer, are provided in the second dielectric layer and the third dielectric layer, respectively. Electrodes, the second contact vias and the third contact vias are provided in the fourth dielectric layer. The first contact vias are connected to a first electrode via the second contact vias, and the through silicon vias are connected to the first electrode and a second electrode via the third contact vias.

The LED array includes multiple rows and columns of point light sources; the combined matrix optical lens includes a first and second matrix optical lenses, wherein the first matrix optical lens consists of the first lenses with the same arrangement and the same number as the point light source, the second matrix optical lens consists of the second lenses with the same arrangement and the same number as the point light source; the 385-405 nm ultraviolet light emitted by the point light source passes through the corresponding first lens and the corresponding second lens in turn and is projected to the LCD liquid crystal display. The device adopts the combined matrix optical lens, which improves the uniformity of the light spot, and it is helpful for the 3D printer to improve the printing success rate and efficiency.
