    Abstract: A fastener plate for use in coupling an underlayment to a roof surface is disclosed. In use, the fastener plate is arranged and configured to enable subsequently applied liquid coatings to flow through a top surface of the fastener plate and into one or more cavities so that the liquid coating seals any openings created by introduction of the fastener. In one embodiment, the fastener plate may include a top surface, a bottom surface, a fastener opening for receiving a fastener, a plurality of openings formed in the top surface, and one or more cavities positioned between the top surface and the bottom surface, the one or more cavities being in fluid communication with the plurality of openings so that the liquid coating can flow through the plurality of openings formed in the top surface and into the one or more cavities to seal any voids created by the fastener.

A duct of the upper plate extends through the lower plate and connects to an internal duct of the connector so that the fluid product can move from the internal duct of the connector to the upper plate and can be dispensed through a dispensing orifice formed in the upper plate.

Next, a user embedding is retrieved from an embedding table, the user embedding associated with a user identifier of the user device and providing a multidimensional data point that represents a context of a user identifier. The context may correspond to the user identifier appearing in previous access requests within temporal proximity to other access requests from a subset of other user devices among a plurality of user devices. The method then inputs the user embedding into a first machine learning model that is trained based at least in part on the embedding table. The first machine learning model subsequently outputs an access score that corresponds to a level of authenticity of authorizing the user device to access the resource.

    Abstract: The system and method may assess the merchant risk level on a more continuous scale rather than a binary categorization. It may produce a continuous risk score proportional to the likelihood of a merchant being risky, effectively addressing the issue of shades of gray encountered by the traditional blacklisting approach. The continuous risk score feature provides greater flexibility as it allows the payment network to make dynamic pricing decisions (known as interchange optimization) based on the merchant risk level. Using collective intelligence from transactions across the payment network, the system and method may be able to assess the merchant risk level with high accuracy. The system and method may be particularly beneficial to small merchants with low transaction volume as even a few fraudulent transactions can easily put them in the high-risk merchant category. Further, the system and method may help payment processing networks make better decision on cross-border transactions.

The organopolysiloxane is generally obtained by the method without hydrolyzing any alkoxysilylalkyl groups, and is useful as a surface modifier for various types of fillers.
