Abstract: A microfluidic device includes first and second substrate structures. The first substrate structure has a first substrate surface configured to receive one or more droplets. A plurality of electrodes configured to apply an electric field to the droplets. The second substrate structure has a second substrate surface facing the first substrate surface and spaced apart from the first substrate surface to form a fluid channel. The microfluidic device has a first heating element adjacent to the first substrate structure and disposed on an opposite side of the first substrate surface, and a second heating element adjacent to the second substrate structure and disposed on an opposite side of the second substrate surface. The microfluidic device further includes one or more temperature sensors disposed adjacent to the fluid channel between the first substrate structure and the second substrate structure.

The device of aspects of the present application may or may not have storage media. A host computer communicates with the device through NVMe™ commands. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a joint control method for nitrogen and phosphorus emissions in farmlands, comprising: reducing nitrogen and phosphorus input during crop sowing or planting by applying composite organic material and chemical fertilizer, wherein the composite organic material comprises: 200-250 parts of edible fungi residues, 300-350 parts of charcoal and 5-10 parts of rhamnolipid; constructing a nitrogen-phosphorus retention layer by utilizing composite microbial agent in combination with 150 parts of edible fungi residues and 20 parts of straw-based hydrogel; constructing a barrier layer by utilizing composite material, and controlling downward leaching of nitrogen and phosphorus that are not absorbed by crops, wherein the composite material of the barrier layer comprises: 25-35 parts of straw-based hydrogel, 20-30 parts of edible fungi residues, 35-55 parts of bentonite and 5-10 parts of corn flour.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of metal ceramics, in particular to a metal ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The hard phase is formed by at least four kinds of crystal grains with different compositions and shapes; and in the scanning electron microscope photograph of the metal ceramic, it can be observed the first hard phase comprising black titanium nitrocarbide, a thin ring and a thick ring wherein the core phase is pure black; the second hard phase in the form of a dark gray core-ring structure particles; the third hard phase in the form of a high-brightness white core-gray ring; and the fourth hard phase in the form of a homogenous gray phase and off-white core-gray ring structure particles. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic pulverulent composition comprising (a) at least one silica particle treated with alkoxysilane; and (b) at least one thermoplastic polymer. The present disclosure also relates to a 3D-printed object formed from the thermoplastic pulverulent composition and a process of forming the 3D-printed object. The thermoplastic pulverulent composition shows good powder flowability and the printed object obtained from said thermoplastic pulverulent composition surprisingly shows high elongation at break, high impact strength, good toughness and low surface roughness.

A plurality of live comments is obtained for a video, the plurality of live comments being associated with a plurality of fragments in the video, respectively. A plurality of features are extracted from the plurality of live comments, respectively. A knowledge base is generated for the plurality of live comments based on the plurality of features. With these embodiments, the live comments may be managed in an effective way. Further, the knowledge base may provide answers to a user query.
