    Abstract: Described is a method of calibrating a camera. The method comprises obtaining geographical coordinates of a selected physical point location within an image view of the camera and measuring an angle between an x-axis of a real-world coordinate system passing through said selected point location with respect to true north. The method includes using said obtained geographical coordinates, said measured angle, and projection data derived from characteristics of the camera to derive modified projection data for transforming a two-dimensional pixel coordinate system of the camera image view into a three-dimensional geographical coordinate system for point locations within the image view of the camera.

    Abstract: A method of digital measuring the color of fabrics based on digital camera, includes: making plain fabric samples; obtaining ground-truth color of plain fabrics using a spectrophotometer; capturing a raw format digital image of the plain fabrics using the digital camera and extracting raw camera responses of the plain fabrics; capturing a raw format digital image of a target fabric and extracting the raw camera responses of a ROI in the target fabric; calculating a Euclidean distance and a similarity coefficient between the raw camera responses of the ROI in the target fabric and the plain fabrics; normalizing the Euclidean distance and the similarity coefficient; calculating a weighting coefficient of each color data of the plain fabrics based on the normalized Euclidean distance and similarity coefficient; weighting every color data of plain fabrics with a corresponding weighting coefficient; and summing the weighted color data of the plain fabrics.

Then, a relationship is derived from the paired pixel locations and physical position coordinates to enable a selected or identified pixel location in the camera FOV or camera image data to be transformed to physical position coordinates for a corresponding physical location in said ROI.

The present invention further provides a method of improving lentivirus production in a host cell, which comprises using the lentivirus packaging system to transfect the host cell. The present invention further provides a cell transduced by the lentivirus and a method of using the cell for treating cancer.

The screen area is composed of wave-shaped injection molding polyurethane screen pieces. Materials roll forward along the direction of material flow in a wavy manner. Clamping grooves are formed in the blind area, which can be in buckle fit on rail seats of a small beam of a screening machine. The screen gap direction of the screening area is consistent with the direction of the material flow. Through the arrangement of a wave-shaped screen mesh surface, the wave-shaped polyurethane high-frequency linear vibrating screen mesh effectively optimizes the running state of the materials, and promotes effective layering of coarse and fine materials.
