  • Patent number: 11930585
Abstract: An apparatus for a material synthesis technology by microwave plasma torch with atmospheric pressure and high temperature. The apparatus includes a plasma torch system and a material growth system. In the plasma torch system, the cutting-edge breakdown happens through inputting the high-power microwave. Then the stable plasma torch with atmosphere pressure and high temperature is achieved in precursor at the open-end of the cylindrical metal tube. The precursors are decomposed by the plasma torch with high temperature and the active particles for material growth are achieved. In the material growth system, the motion and ingredients proportion of negative and positive icons or particles in the active particle beam are controlled by the adjustable static electric field in the space between the plasma torch and material growth space. The material-controlled growth is implemented by the heating system and the adjustable static electrical field.

  • Publication number: 20230376839
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing deep learning samples for geographic information extraction from remote sensing images. The samples can be produced by fusing two results from flood fill algorithm in image processing and deep learning model in artificial intelligence. In deep learning reasoning by changing an input image, such as rotation, translation, scaling, color & saturation adjustment and so on, multi-input images can be gotten and the corresponding output results are fused as a result by a rule of “Output by Bitwise Maximum Grayscale”. Finally the fusion result is perfected by man-machine interaction and supplemented to sample set. The method can improve the efficiency of producing deep learning samples, reduce the subjectivity of manual sample production and ensure the sample quality.

  • Patent number: 11234327
Abstract: Devices and methods are described for reducing etching due to galvanic effect within a printed circuit board that may be used, for example, in a data storage device, such as a card-type data storage device. Specifically, a contact trace is coupled to a contact finger that has a substantially larger surface area than the contact trance, and that is configured to couple the data storage device to a host device. The contact trace is electrically isolated from the rest of the circuitry during a fabrication process. The contact finger and an exposed portion of the contact trace are plated with a common material to reduce galvanic etching of the contact trace during fabrication. The contact trace is then connected to an impedance trace though at least one of a component and a bond wire.
