    Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a wrench body, a ratchet wheel and a C-ring. The wrench body has a working end defining a stepped hole. The stepped hole includes an outer large-diameter portion, an inner small-diameter portion and a shoulder disposed at a junction of the large-diameter portion and the small-diameter portion. The ratchet wheel is rotatably mounted in the stepped hole of the wrench body, and has a row of teeth therearound and a flange located proximate to the teeth. The flange rests upon the shoulder of the stepped hole. The C-ring is placed around the ratchet wheel and rests upon an upper surface of the flange of the ratchet wheel. Moreover, the C-ring is configured and sized to be detachably engaged in an annular groove defined in an inner wall of the large-diameter portion of the stepped hole for retaining the ratchet wheel within the stepped hole of the working end of the wrench body.

    Abstract: A coating structure for forming a tool comprises a tool body and an outer coating layer. The tool body includes at least one base plate, an upper limiting plate, a lower limiting plate, a ratchet driving member, a stirring member, and at least one pin. The base plate has a handle portion and a driving portion which is connected with one end of the handle portion. An accommodating groove is arranged at the driving portion and received the ratchet driving member and the stirring member. The upper and lower limiting plates are stacked on the upper and lower surfaces of the driving portion respectively. The outer coating layer is covered the outer surfaces of the upper and lower limiting surfaces and the base plate for fastened so as to prevent the outer coating layer from sliding while in operation. The operating quality is efficiently increased and the cost is saved.

    Abstract: A display unit includes a plate and a ring. The ring has a through hole with which a security member has the first end thereof is engaged. The second end of the security member extends beyond the through hole. The security member is pivotable relative to the through hole. An insertion hole is defined in the second end of the security member so as to receive a hand tool therein. One of sidewalls of the insertion hole has an opening. A restriction member is connected to the security member and has an engaging portion which extends through the opening and located in the insertion hole. The engaging portion is inserted into a gap between a bead and a reception hole for receiving the bead of the handle tool. The engaging portion is deeply inserted into the gap when the hand tool is pulled away from the ring.

Therefore, when either the driving head or the driving part is broken, the first handle and the second handle can be separated by unscrewing the position member from the side screwed hole.
